‘Basketball Wives‘ season 4 promises to be just as pointless as season 3. We already know that Evelyn Lozada and Jennifer Williams will have ~~manufactured~~ beef. And when Evelyn isn’t busy jawing at Jennifer, she’s planning her ~~manufactured-for-TV~~ wedding to NFL bench rider, Chad Ochocinco. Oh, and I wonder if Evelyn will mention that her reported spin-off series with Ocho was sacked because VH1 refused to green light it?

The two people charged with the 2009 death of 5-year-old Shaniya Davis both entered not guilty pleas in Superior Court this morning.

Mario Andrette McNeill and Antoinette Davis, Shaniya’s mother, both pleaded not guilty in separate appearances in court.

Both are charged with first-degree murder, rape of a child and other charges.

Both McNeill and Davis are due back in Superior Court in April to set a trial date.

Prosecutors allege that Davis sold her daughter as a prostitute to pay off a drug debt to McNeill on the morning of Nov. 10, 2009. McNeill took the girl from the family’s home in the Sleepy Hollow Mobile Home Park off Murchison Road at 5:47 a.m. and checked into a Comfort Suites hotel in Sanford at 6:11 a.m., West said.

At 7:33 a.m., McNeill got a tip that someone knew he had taken Shaniya and he left the hotel, West said. The child’s body was found off Walker Road near the Carolina Trace community in Harnett County on Nov. 16, 2009.

Dear Bossip,

I’m 45-years old and I have been dating a 42-year old man for a year now.

Well, in the beginning everything was great. For the first 2 months we were together every single night, and a month later he moved in. Okay, here’s the problem, because we didn’t know each other well we would argue A LOT. And, in the heat of the moment I would put him out. As a result of that he went and got his own place.

It’s now a year later we are still together. We have so many obstacles standing in our way. His mother’s side hates me, his father’s side loves me. All the ex-girlfriends wanna fight me. Now my problem with him is I can’t always tell if he wants our relationship. He used to tell people that we are getting married. I haven’t heard him say that in months.

He works a lot and half the time I don’t know when he is off. I have to call him. He is so moody at times that I don’t want to be bothered. Now, when its time to show me off I’m supposed to be ready. Ugh, it’s just so much sometimes. He makes me feel like he doesn’t want the relationship. He will call me and tell me he’s coming over and then don’t show up, but every Friday like clockwork (payday) he gives me money to get my hair and nails done, gas for my car, and pocket money.

I don’t know if it’s me but I don’t always feel his love and it confuses me when he acts distant. I left out that he still talks to last ex-girlfriend. She showed up at his apartment one night. He didn’t let her in, so she kept banging on the door. He told her he had company and she continued to act a fool. Eventually she left. Ok, so now you tell me what’s really going on. – I Love Me Sum Him

Majumder, who had worked at Inner London Crown Court for a number of years, later admitted routinely watching p*** while trials were taking place.

He said that nobody in the court would be able to see what he was looking at on his screen apart from the judge and the judge would not be able to read the names as the print was too small.

‘He said he only looked at (adult films) if the case was boring and did so once or twice a week. He had been carrying out this type of behaviour since the December of the previous year.’

Majumder pleaded guilty to one charge of misconduct in public office and five counts of possession of indecent images.

On his home computer police found a number of pseudo (adult) images of children and 12 extreme (triple X) pictures.

And this is the type of person who is somehow allowed to be apart of the justice system in the U.K.?? Wow…

CNN commentator Roland Martin says he will meet with GLAAD following his suspension Wednesday for tweets during the Super Bowl that the group deemed homophobic.

Calling Martin’s tweets “regrettable and offensive,” CNN said Martin would “not be appearing on our air for the time being.” Martin later said on Twitter that he would meet with GLAAD, as the group had requested, after he apologized Tuesday for the Super Bowl tweets.

The hubbub began Sunday with two of Martin’s tweets that GLAAD said seemed to advocate violence against gays.

A father who was upset after a Tennessee couple deleted his adult daughter as a friend on Facebook has been charged in the shooting deaths of the couple, authorities said Wednesday. The victims had complained to police that Marvin Potter’s daughter was harassing them after they deleted her as a friend on the social networking site, Johnson County Sheriff Mike Reece said Wednesday.

Potter, 60, has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder in last week’s slayings of Billy Payne Jr. and his girlfriend, Billie Jean Hayworth. The couple was shot to death in their Mountain City home in the far northeast corner of the state. Their 8-month-old baby was found unharmed in Hayworth’s arms. “It’s a senseless thing,” the sheriff said.

Authorities have been involved other cases where Potter’s daughter, Jenelle Potter, believed she had been slighted by someone. Marvin Potter’s friend, Jamie Curd, has also been charged in the killings. Curd, 38, had romantic feelings for Jenelle Potter, 30, the sheriff said. Potter and Curd were arraigned Wednesday. Potter asked for time to hire an attorney while Curd was assigned a public defender who did not immediately return a phone message.

Assistant District Attorney General Matthew Roark said Curd’s initial bond was raised to $1.5 million while Roark agreed to put off a bond hearing for Potter until next week, when he is expected to have an attorney. Potter remains jailed on his initial $200,000 bond.

Her ex-husband, Hector Pagan, turned rat last summer as Graziano was filming her VH1 reality TV series.

At the time, Graziano and Pagan were discussing a reconciliation and she had no clue he was poised to betray her family.

While the series was still filming, Pagan secretly switched sides, strapped on a hidden “wire” recorder, and taped Graziano’s father as part of an undercover Drug Enforcement Administration probe.

That’s when the uncertainties of mob life suddenly became very up close and personal, Graziano told The Post.

“They’re in ‘The Life’ with you one day, and then cooperating the next,” Graziano said as she wiped away tears.

Because of the turncoat’s betrayal, her 71-year-old dad, Anthony “TG” Graziano, was charged with a slew of mob crimes.

Graziano and Pagan, who is in the witness-protection program, have a 17-year-old son who, she believes, was very upset by all that happened.

“My son is taking this very hard. He loves his father,” Graziano said.

And as far as Graziano is concerned, “I won’t forgive [Pagan] for what he did to my son.”

His acts, she said, amount to an “immense betrayal,’’ she said.

Graziano swore that if she had learned that Pagan had become a DEA rat, she would have tipped off her dad.

“I would have told my father — 100 percent,” Graziano said.

Doing so would likely have been tantamount to signing Pagan’s death warrant — given that the New York mob has a long history of murdering government informants.

Despite the unexpected turn in her life, the cameras are still grinding.

She said the series has been empowering to women who live in the male-dominated world of the Americcan Mafia.

“This is not about the men,’’ she said. “It’s about what women go through.’’
