Chris Brown’s victim: “He snatched my phone!”
Chris Brown’s robbery victim has been revealed– on video. The victim, Christal Spann, who clearly does not fit the “type” that Brown prefers — was caught on video reporting Brown’s alleged crime to Miami Beach cops. The video, first posted by TMZ.com, shows Spann surrounded by her friends — all dark skinned sisters. Spann is in obvious distress as she exclaims several times, “I just want my phone back.”
Spann told police that she and her friends followed Brown and rapper Tyga as they left the Cameo nightclub on South Beach early Sunday morning.
When Brown and Tyga climbed into Brown’s leased black Bentley, Spann approached the vehicle and snapped a picture. An enraged Brown rolled down the window and snatched Spann’s cell phone out of her hand.
Spann said Brown told her “Bitch, you not gonna put this up on no website,” before speeding off with the $500 iPhone.
According to TMZ, the Miami Beach P.D. and the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office are aware of the existence of the video. The video will be used in their investigation, and it will be determined if Brown will be charged with a crime.
If Brown is charged with a crime, he will violate his California probation for assaulting singer Rihanna in 2009. Brown may be forced to serve out the remainder of his 5-year sentence in prison.
Not only does Brown hate women, but he harbors a particular hatred for women with dark skin.

According to Jose Lambiet’s Gossip Extra, Chris Brown snatched a fan’s iPhone outside the Cameo nightclub last Sunday morning because he was going home with two groupies and was worried that Rihanna might see the photo/evidence online.
Lambiet writes that Miami police told him that rapper Tyga and two bodyguards (all 3 were with Brown in his Bentley when the incident happened) told authorities that Brown was freaked out because two female fans were snapping pics of him walking to his car with the two gwomen.
This is what Tyga told the cops, according to the article:
“The guy’s trying to get back with Rihanna, and he knows that wouldn’t happen if the photos ended up online!”
As EURweb reported earlier, Brown and Rihanna have somewhat rekindled their relationship recently in the wake of the news-making beating he gave her three years ago. He was sentenced to 1,400 hours of community service and five years probation.
They’ve even collaborated on two songs and Brown is scheduled to join Rihanna’s tour in Europe.
The South Florida based Gossip Extra’s report goes on to say that Tyga and the bodyguards leveled with police because one of them turned up at police headquarters with the iPhone that Brown is believed to have taken from alleged victim Shanae Spann.

If my memory serves me correctly – I try to get none sense out of my head before I go to bed at night – because these folks don’t pay my bills.
He has done it to other girls on twitter as well. There are other things you can say to people…you just can’t keep going in on the dark skin factor or people will start to believe that is where the problem lie, then he (from pics I’ve seen) doesn’t even stand too close to dark skin girls, much more to date or beat one.
