Kids say the darnedest things, but does that mean they are ready to be thrust into the pressure cooker of the entertainment industry? We find out in last night’s episode, as T.I. and Tiny decide that their two youngest boys are too cute not to be on TV. T.I. and Tiny fly the boys to LA where they audition for a talent scout and pose for a professional photo shoot.
My favorite scene in the episode is when T.I. asks his youngest son Major why he thinks he [T.I.] is his daddy. “Because you’re out of jail,” the precocious 3-year-old responds.
“They might be too young,” says Tiny, very wisely. She reasons that King, who is 7, “really wanted this opportunity.” But does he really? And who should decide what a child really wants or needs — the child or his parents?

JESUS TAKE THE WHEEL
both those boys a handsome- but that lil one is toooooo cute…
I think Major might do good at modeling right now. He’s too cute and his pictures were adorable. As for acting, I think they should wait or at least try working with an acting coach.
It seems to me though that the oldest only wants to do it for the money, not because it’s something that he likes to do. Give him some time and then see if he has a passion for it.
I could squeeze that lil Major cheeks all day. Just freakin adorable. For some reason King reminds me of a young Art Garfunkel
Aww the kids are so cuute
Why they always showning stacks of money, we know you got it, but put that legal tender up, T.I its a crazy world out here son, and you cant carry weapons use your common sense PLEASE
Them lil dudes just went into pops stash like it was nothing….
Major was TOO CUTE last night. King freezes up when all eyes are on him, but when you get in just being him, he is a clown!
Why does TI have all that money just lying around in a backpack? Ain’t no way MY child would have known what was in my bag.
Vince Herbert (skin) didn’t look too well at that signing.
I love Tiny’s spirit.
Are the kids going to be taught to keep their money in the bank? How to write a check and swipe a bank card? It was too cute when they were doing their acting skit, and the little one ran off w/all the cookies.
Smart move on Major’s part to stop and check with someone when he didn’t understand something…some adults don’t have that much sense.
T.I. and Tiny are really great parents… I don’t see them trying to pimp out their kids… they give them structure and balance… which is lacking in a lot of families these days… Even though T.I. has had his mistakes (which we all do…) He looks like he’s doing his best to make sure his kids don’t go down that path…
@Anna that WAS cute when he ran off with the cookies.
I thought it was cute that King understood that you have to work to make money to take care of your family. THAT right there.
I want to hold Major sooo bad!!!!!! HE is the cutest little baby! I swear! And just so funny!
They both have their mom & grandmother’s lips.
In real life they would have taken acting classes first before going on an audition but I still fully expect to see them running across my tv screen any day now. Money Talks.
I hope T.I. has a good estate plan. They seem like the type to get on some Melendez brothers type ish to get at the money. In my opinion, they love money too much for their age.
These kids need their own show.
Frickin LOVE Major….
@Sandra you’re quick today i see…posting a new post right after this one so we won’t lingere here much…. i see ya!
I think King didn’t want to do a scene from Takers b/c he was gone cuss and he KNEW it was wrong.
Def don’t think these kids are ready for the bigtime yet…
All they want to do is play……
they’ll regret it later on i can see it…
Major is cute as a button but that King is SPOILED! he’s trouble!
@ French KI$$E$, I’m actually proud that my readers left mature, articulate comments in this post. I think I did a good job breaking up the cliques.
Cliques? What cliques? Where @Sandra?

Aunt Sandy, you sound like my high school principal talmbout breaking up cliques and whatnot. LOL
I don’t watch the Family Hustle anymore because I keep forgetting when it comes on. But as for the boys, they are so cute and precocious. I could definitely see them doing some modeling work and some acting with a little bit of coaching. But like Sandra said it has to be about what the children want, not the parents.

I like the way he tries to keep structure in his home….as a millionaire, its easier for him as a dude with so many kids.
I Loooovvveee this episode… I watched it at least twice already. Major is so cute and smart! How old is he again?
I loved the scene when King told Tiny… “If you were my age you would be nervous too.”
Major is so freakin adorable.
blessed family… Some kids are just naturally talented and its good to not keep ALL your money in the banks… banks are bad!

I’m not throwing shade. I just think kids are too young to be thrust into adult situations.
I’m sorry but no child, especially not a 3 year old, should know anything about their parent being in jail. That’s not okay, it’s not cute, it’s not precocious, it’s a sign that something’s seriously wrong here and TI needs to take a really long hard look at himself and what he has exposed his children to. Tiny needs to take a really long hard look at herself and what she has allowed her children to be exposed to. Neither should they be so posed up with money. They should know you need money to buy stuff but they also need to be taught that it’s not everything. If they’re not, when the money is gone those poor babies are gonna be lost.
Love this show, but imma need for Tip to put that money in the BANK! Why have so much cash on hand? Not a good idea at all, get a debit card and keep it moving. Also, kids shouldn’t think that money is so easy to come by, ’cause it can be gone in a flash! IJS.
ms everything please… nobody is raising closet kids nomo…. what works for ya family may not might work for another fam.. live YO life!
I’m watching the episode now before I get my day started and I will say those little boys are adorable, especially the youngest one. King and my daughter are the same age and I would not put her in acting/modeling at this point. The industry is hard on kids and the longer you put off exposing them to all of the criticism and pressure, imo the better. Kids are always cute but when they hit that awkward stage or don’t measure up to their baby cuteness, the industry execs will drop them without so much as a thank you for making us money which is why alot of child stars end up lost and confused in adulthood.
I love my babies too much to expose them to that. Let kids be kids for as long as you can
@Jay Bee…. this is from the same person who thinks it’s okay to put money in a backpack and leave it around your house?? yeah ok. And exactly what are closet kids? Kids that have never known a parent in prison? Or kids that aren’t obsessed with stacks of money? If so then I’m good with my closet kids. More people need to raise closet kids and maybe our youth wouldn’t be so effed up in the head
I have to say T.I. showed me a whole other side of him and the respect I lost for him due to his stupid mistakes I actually have for him again as a man and a father you can tell he really truley is teaching those kids the real deal and loves them all!
okay T.I….we know you got money. put that ish away and stop showing those kids everything. let them grow up and be CHILDREN before thrusting them into the spotlight. a little modeling here and there is OK for fun but no acting right now.
That little Major is the cutest thing!!! King is too, of course. Major would be a good child model. As for that money I don’t think it should be all out in the open like that. We know they have money. It’s not good for the kids to see, in my opinion. They probably see it and think there’s an endless supply of it somewhere. Just as long as they know they have to WORK for it when they get older.
One of my favorite shows to watch.
ms everything put all your money in the banks then.. and when your govt takes it, where is ya stash… duh!!!!
Some kids are more advnaced then others mayb your kids is not as sharp as king and major.. dont worry it happens but dont think its the end of the world because this family is functionin in a healthy manner…
That Major is too adorable!!!
Aren’t you the poster that’s really young? And if I remember correctly you don’t have kids either, which means this may not be the best topic for you. My children are fine, intelligent, respectful and yes cute. They’re extremely “sharp”, bring home good grades, speak clearly, have great vocabulary’s, know how to spend and save (the older ones at least), yet they don’t talk about money several times a day, have never thought dad’s go to prison, or any of the other things that have come up in this one episode alone. I don’t have a problem with the family, I’m glad it works for them, but this is tv and not all reality, and if these kids had parents other than TI and Tiny alot of what’s called cute, would not be considered cute at all. And having children be able to grab stacks of money at their leisure is not healthy or even smart. Yes, if you put all your money in one account and the banks crash you’ll lose a big chunk. That’s why smart people put money in the bank, put money in the market, put money in property, and in other different locations and usually have cash on hand safely and smartly stored in a safe or some other location where it’s not so easily accessible by those who should not have it, like children, thieves and sticky fingered family. Smart people don’t put cash in backpacks where kids can get to it, no matter how much money they have. He, as a “business man” should know that and be teaching his children responsibility with their funds.
I agree with @Ms. Everything. Its not smart.. and its not cute. I feel that T.I. is going in the right direction as far as teaching them to work BUT we all know you can be up today and down tomorrow. You dont want your kids living with the mentality that they can get away with anything because of who they are or what they have. No matter what you have.. you are going to go through some things and there is no way out of it. Its called life.. So I agree. put the money up. Let them see that life isnt handed to you. Make them understand that they are very blessed but it can be here today and gone the next. Whether its in a backpack or a bank. How many old stars we know was hot way back when, now they are bankrupt?

ms everything chile i dont kno where u get ya info but you sure do have it all from a family hustle episode… im sure t.i. has vested money but his stashed money looks like some peoples invested money… lol
ima 70s babys … and i have kids, and we have a stash and we are fine over here God is so awesome… so chill its a blog no need to convince commenters …just live comment and keep it peaceeeee
Major is such a cutie pie! I love his innocence! He is such a sweet baby. I love the way he went over to Tip’s sister when he didn’t understand what they wanted him to do. He went to someone he trusted for clarity. I think that children should remain children as long as possible. They will find their own niche in the world soon enough.
