A Dallas woman was stabbed to death by her boyfriend when she told him she was HIV positive after they had sex. Larry Dunn is being held on $500,000 bail in the Dallas County jail. Dunn, 38, told authorities they had only dated briefly when Bolden confessed she was HIV positive. According to police records, Dunn said Bolden told him not to worry because having HIV was “not that bad.”
Dunn told police he stabbed Bolden twice in the neck with a kitchen knife. Bolden’s two young children found her bleeding to death on the bedroom floor. She was naked from the waist down.
Dunn later told police, “She killed me, so I killed her.
In an unrelated case, a California man is under arrest for infecting a 15-year-old boy with the HIV virus via unprotected sex.
Keith “Keyoko” Sumlin, 30, reportedly had sex with the unidentified teen at his Pembroke Pines home after meeting the boy online.
Sumlin then reportedly bragged about having sex with the teenager on a private Facebook page where he posted links to videos of himself having sex with underage boys. “I don’t have sex with condoms, and you can call me sick,” Sumlin allegedly wrote on the Facebook page.
The teenager mentioned the encounter to a friend, who also had sex with Sumlin. The friend told the teen that Sumlin was HIV positive. The boy confided in his mother who took him to a hospital where tests confirmed he was HIV positive.
Police charged Sumlin with attempted second-degree murder, lewd and lascivious molestation and transmission of the AIDS virus.

Marriage is not an incubator from STDs. The issue is sexual responsibility. If you engage in sexual behavior, there is a maturity factor that goes along with it and that entails knowing your STD status prior to engaging in sex(which includes HIV, Syphillis, etc), using protection (birth control and condoms) if you engage in casual sex, and get routinely tested throughout your sexual history (and that entails married individuals). Most important, when you change sex partners, GET TESTED BEFORE MOVING ON TO THE NEXT PERSON.
Married or not, it is important to have a healthy, monogamous relationship period.
Since the rate is so staggering in our community, I would say that there are a lot of Black Americans with low self-esteem which leads to sexual immaturity and reckless sexual behavior. Our problem is that we believe that AIDS was cooked up in Frankenstein’s basement. A dude at my job was killed this wekeend for messing with a married chick and her husband caught them creeping in a car in a parking lot and killed dude.
Here is the story:
A 37-year-old Charlotte man has been charged with fatally shooting a man he found inside a parked car with his wife Friday night.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg police say Marcus Darnell Turner has been jailed for allegedly killing a man whom he told police he had never seen before. The victim was Derrick Lee Miller, of Charlotte, 41.
Police say they were called about 10:45 p.m. Friday to the NorthPark Business Park, in the 6700 block of NorthPark Boulevard, after reports that a man had been shot. They found Miller on the ground, with a gunshot wound, and he was declared dead a short time later after Medic arrived.
Investigators took Turner, who they say remained at the scene, and two other people for questioning.
A police spokesman said Turner found his wife and Miller together in the car, and that he shot Miller, then called 911. Investigators called it an apparent case of domestic violence.
Neither Turner nor Miller have criminal records beyond some traffic tickets, records show. Recently listed addresses show the two men lived more than 20 miles apart, and the business park in northern Charlotte was roughly in between the two residences.
Friends and family mourned Miller’s death on Facebook and Twitter. It appears Miller vacationed at Disney World last weekend and had children, according to comments left on Facebook.
“I am sad but I am angry as well,” wrote Portia Lynnelle Mosby on Facebook. “I ask and pray that my FATHER wraps his arms around…Derrick’s children and the entire Miller family and give them comfort and heal their hearts.”

A Texas man has been charged with murder in the death of a 16-year-old girl who police said they believe was killed to keep her from testifying at the man’s upcoming sexual assault trial.
Police in the Dallas suburb of Carrollton say Franklin B. Davis, 30, of Irving was charged with capital murder Sunday after confessing to the death of Shania Gray. Gray was last seen alive Thursday afternoon at Hebron High School in the Dallas suburb of Carrollton. Her body was found Saturday in a secluded area near the Trinity River.
Carrollton police spokesman Jon Stovall told The Associated Press in an email that police believe Davis killed Gray because she was about to testify against him.
A spokeswoman for Gray’s family, Sherry Ramsey, told The Dallas Morning News that Gray met Davis when she babysat his two children. Ramsey said that later, after the teen declined many requests to babysit, Gray told her grandmother that Davis had raped her.
The crime was reported to Mesquite police, and Davis was charged with four counts of sexual assault of a child.
Ramsey said Davis had warned Gray he would kill her if she told anyone about the assault.
According to an arrest warrant, Davis contacted Gray through social media and pretended to be someone else in an attempt to get information about the sexual assault case. Davis then used a pre-paid cellphone to set up a meeting with Gray at her high school on Thursday.
Davis told WFAA-TV in a jailhouse interview that he tracked Gray down because he wanted to prove his innocence in the sexual assault case.
“I needed to get some kind of evidence, some kind of proof myself to show I did not have sex with her and that she’s lying,” Davis told the television station.
Davis told authorities that Gray was surprised to see him but got into his car when he told her he wanted to talk to her about the sexual assault case.
He said he then drove her to the remote area. He told authorities she partially fell into the river after he shot her twice and asked “Why Wish?” — a nickname that Davis used. Davis then stepped on her neck till she stopped breathing, according to the arrest warrant.
“It’s our understanding that Shania was killed within the hour when she was picked up from school,” Stovall said.

No regard for human life at all. The truth of the matter is that HIV is still being spread knowingly and unknowingly as we discuss. It’s up to each individual to protect him/her self. That protection being in the form of periodic diagnostic testing, condom usage, and extensive knowledge on STD’S and HIV, a lot of people are so unaware. I don’t know how I would react to a partner telling me straight up, they are HIV POSITIVE and we have been intimate, its not consolable. Still sad tho, I want better for my people.

Look i raised my daughter as a single mom. Thing is I don’t try to justify the sex i had OOW. I just say im lucky all i got was a sweet baby girl. Until we single moms start admitting we haven’t always made the best choices and telling our children not to do the same thing this terrible cycle in our community will continue. I’m stuck on her saying having HIV is “not that bad”.
HIV and AIDS are two very different diseases. This woman, as said by her family, acquired HIV a couple of years ago. The disease does different things in different bodies. Its quite possible that it wasn that bad for her. Still crazy, I know.
I know two ppl actively living with HIV. One, a voracious drug user in the 80s, has been positive since I was 10. Im 31 now, she still tests below threshold. The other, was raped and is afflicted with sickle cell. She will prolly not live another 5 years.
A lot of people say they would kill anyone that gave them any kind of STD. I guess he meant it.

He and my aunt talk while my mother takes me in to the restroom and reveals that he is…my dad. That they had gotten together one night after a game and that she became pregnant and never told him (she even transferred schools because she went to another state to live with my great aunt during the pregnancy).
After I nearly had a mental breakdown, I walked out the bathroom to find “dad” and he was gone. I tried to contact him to no avail for 3 months, I was confused but IN LOVE, we had 3 yrs together. After about 8 months he came to my house. He told me he had been receiving counseling but could not overcome his love for me as his girlfriend. Since we had no DNA to prove paternity, we got back together. My cousin “Q” continues to ask me, “Why do you want this man?” I get what he’s saying but I DIDN’T KNOW…WE DIDN’T know.
We did not, could not believe this was true so we decided to take a DNA test in July. I had the results sent to my sister “C” and it has showed 99.8% accuracy. We were devastated. But now we have had 3 yrs and an additional 9 months together (after the separation). We practiced restraint since July and decided to try to have a dinner together a 2 days ago to discuss how we would move forward as father/daughter, but we slipped up and our passion took over. We dont FEEL like father/daughter. After the encounter, we even discussed moving to another state to be together, but it’s not practical. I know we are wrong but HOW DO WE MOVE ON? We will always be in love. This is breaking our hearts and driving us crazy. Is it THAT bad to sleep with dad (since we didnt know)? HELP ME!

Look i raised my daughter as a single mom. Thing is I don’t try to justify the sex i had OOW. I just say im lucky all i got was a sweet baby girl. Until we single moms start admitting we haven’t always made the best choices and telling our children not to do the same thing this terrible cycle in our community will continue. I dont know if yall remember this…I was dating a dude who was friends with a male and female who had a baby…he is also friends with the male part of that couple and his wife!
I asked here if I should tell (didnt care for mistress from day 1, becaase of the situation and I was cordial with the wife. Avoiding getting too close cause I knew I wasnt in it for the long haul and also chit was just icky.)..and the consensus was that I shouldnt.

For some odd reason, when I first read this story (over the weekend) I pictured him raping her (since she was partly clothed) and she was trying to tell him no and the reason why it was not a good idea. My aunt pulled him to the side, by now my mother has come over and she starts crying. Im SO confused, my boyfriend is SO confused and looks dazed. He and my aunt talk while my mother takes me in to the restroom and reveals that he is…my dad. That they had gotten together one night after a game and that she became pregnant and never told him (she even transferred schools because she went to another state to live with my great aunt during the pregnancy).
After I nearly had a mental breakdown, I walked out the bathroom to find “dad” and he was gone. I tried to contact him to no avail for 3 months, I was confused but IN LOVE, we had 3 yrs together. After about 8 months he came to my house. He told me he had been receiving counseling but could not overcome his love for me as his girlfriend. Since we had no DNA to prove paternity, we got back together. My cousin “Q” continues to ask me, “Why do you want this man?” I get what he’s saying but I DIDN’T KNOW…WE DIDN’T know.
We did not, could not believe this was true so we decided to take a DNA test in July. I had the results sent to my sister “C” and it has showed 99.8% accuracy. We were devastated. But now we have had 3 yrs and an additional 9 months together (after the separation). We practiced restraint since July and decided to try to have a dinner together a 2 days ago to discuss how we would move forward as father/daughter, but we slipped up and our passion took over. We dont FEEL like father/daughter. After the encounter, we even discussed moving to another state to be together, but it’s not practical. I know we are wrong but HOW DO WE MOVE ON? We will always be in love. This is breaking our hearts and driving us crazy. Is it THAT bad to sleep with dad (since we didnt know)? HELP ME!

For some odd reason, when I first read this story (over the weekend) I pictured him raping her (since she was partly clothed) and she was trying to tell him no and the reason why it was not a good idea. I’m not going to blame this on her be ause apparently she didn’t have a problem telling people her status, because her oldest child’s father knew and was aware of how long she had carried the disease. Another thing that struck me was that the neighbor saw him arrive that afternoon and shortly thereafter, her children arrived home. He didn’t go to her house to chill, he wanted sex. Just my little opinion

I NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT IT LIKE THAT, THAT COULD BE THE CASE-IT IS HIS WORD AGAINST HERS AND MAYBE HE TURNED THE WHOLE HIV THING AROUND FOR HIS OWN BENEFIT TO BUILD UP A DEFENSE WHEN IN FACT, HE MAY HAVE BEEN COMMITTING A CRIME TO BEGIN WITH AND DURING IT, SHE DISCLOSED HER STATUS

The sad part about all of this is that he hasn’t received any test results back yet so he killed her not knowing if he even has the virus. I live in Dallas and this man didnt get tested until he got arrested . I mean if he was so concerned he should have gotten tested right after she told him however he waited until he was arrested and then submitted to be tested. let this be a lesson to all you married unfaithful men and me who what loyal pu@@y but have a community di@k
