Pop Quiz: What does President Obama’s Body Language say about him?
The University of Miami was the setting for the toughest grilling of President Obama’s reelection campaign. The president was questioned on his failed policies, including immigration reform and broken unemployment and education promises.
At one point Mr. Obama seemed to gird his loins, as if preparing for an attack. He squirmed and stammered when he was asked if he really believed a video was responsible for the terrorist attack in Benghazi that killed U.S. Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens.
“This is obviously something that is used as excuse by some to carry out inexcusable violent acts on westerners or Americans,” said Obama, who stopped short of calling the violence terrorism.

Tools needed: small cloth, rubbing alcohol & a quarter
I’ve only done this on MAC eyeshadows. Put a drop of alcohol on the broken eyeshadow then take a cloth and place a quarter in the inside…get it tight around the quarter then press down on the shadow and let it dry over night. The shadow will be solid once it has dried. for the BH eyeshadow I’ve got to find something the size of the shadow since they are super small..smaller then a penny #helpfulmakeuptip

Well after I went to the emergency room and they pumped me full of the “ooooweeee!!!”
they sent me home with like a million prescriptions. I had the muscle relaxers and the hydrocodone and the anti-inflammation stuff. But then they sent me to physical therapy because that is the only way to make that disc stronger. The issue that you will have for the rest of your life is that particular disc is weak. It’s kind of like a jelly donut, and whenever it gets agitated the jelly wants to squeeze out of it and that’s what causes the pain and paralysis. So you have to make it strong and keep doing your PT exercises, especially when your back is agitating you. I still do mine occasionally and it doesn’t hurt to go to a chiropractor every now and then, just don’t go too much because they are addictive as well…

for that!) bring GOD into it, and let him know he has a gift and he may be tested (by GOD) with what his reactions may be

I get your frustration,but I Really do Not recommend meds for Children.I am Strongly Against that.My Nephew was diagnosed w/ADHD when he was 4,they tried and Put him on meds and i was a VERY vocal to my sis about not doing it.He’s 18 and in college Now,still deals w/it a little.
Does he like school?when you say hes acting up,acting up/out how?

Yes, we always tell him he has to be an example because God wants him to be. If someone does something to him at school, he always say he is just going to pray for them. I’m very OPINONATED! Thanks for the advice!

Talking, he has to be re-directed several times. Whistling, drumming on the desk, tapping, very impulsive, blurting out instead of raising his hand.
@Diva, My 8 year old is going throught the EXACT same thing right now.
@MsDivaRo Those things are NOT Acting out those are symptoms of his ADHD.
you know its hard for children to be idle in General,so enhance that w/the ADHD it seems worse.
When did he get diagnosed?
Im sure your patient w/Him and you have to continue to be.Is he reading yet?if So make a list of rules that he can see on the fridge,in his book or something and write down the things he should NOT do like being disruptive in class,Make sure he reads it every morning.
Once he can grasp the rules,and he breaks em,think of an appropriate punsihment for it?
Does he have a pet at home?

Mom & Hubby say we have to deal with him differently because he is a different kind of child. He is pretty sharp when it comes to day to day stuff, but at school he just can’t behave and listen. Anybody else dealing with this or have any suggestions? I’m really tired of the teacher’s calling us because of his behavior.

My youngest (soon to be the middle child) was diagnosed with ADHD at age 12, and was the exact same way. The spiritual connection and talent that he has is amazing. My Mom used to tell me the exact same things, so it felt like I was reading my OWN story when I read yours.
I had to home school my son for a semester in order to identify exactly WHERE the problem lies. Often times, it isn’t your child, even though the schools would have you believe that is the case because of his ADHD diagnosis. The teachers are often not educationally equipped to deal with the needs of the child, and many of the teachers are underpaid so badly that they just don’t give a care about anything but making it through the school week – some view and treat ADHD kids as a distraction.
During the semester that he was home-schooled, he got ridiculously bored, and missed the social setting. So we set out to find a new school this year, and although the year has just started, I am seeing a change and a level of maturity in him that was not present at the other school.
I have a video for you to watch…it will break down the educational paradigm pertaining to ADHD kids and the expectations placed on kids these days. Many of our kids are so talented and gifted that the traditional educational format does not fit them without difficulty.

@Luvn, those are all good ideas. We do have patience with him and try new ideas all the time. He does not have a pet? Are you suggesting we get him a pet ma’am? LOL
