Barack Obama David Patraeus

The Obama administration was desperate to keep the David Patraeus sex scandal from exploding on the eve of the presidential election.

There is evidence that the FBI -- who answers to Obama -- may have suppressed allegations that the disgraced former CIA chief was cheating on his wife at least a week before the elections.

On Monday night, about a dozen FBI agents descended upon the home of Patraeus' alleged mistress searching for evidence.

"The FBI is here... I think there might be more than sex involved now..." tweeted WCNC reporter Dianne Gallagher, who was outside Paula Broadwell's Dilworth home.

Halle Berry and Nahla

Halle Berry has lost another round in her ongoing child custody battle with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry. A judge on Friday denied Berry's request to move her daughter Nahla, 4, to France -- the homeland of her current boyfriend, actor Olivier Martinez.

Halle, 46, will have to take Martinez's word that he won't cheat on her while he's away in France. Halle had hoped to move her daughter to France so she could keep an eye on her man.

Amanda Davis Arrest A popular local television news anchor has been charged with DUI after she was involved in a wrong-way crash over the weekend.

Channel 2 Action News reports that longtime Fox 5 anchor Amanda Davis refused a breathalyzer test when the crash occurred early Sunday.

Davis, 55, was driving northbound in the southbound lane of Piedmont Avenue around 12:20 a.m. when she crashed head on into a southbound vehicle.

The other driver was taken to Grady hospital complaining of injuries. Both vehicles sustained front end damage.

The first responding officer confiscated Davis' license and determined she was too impaired to drive. Davis was charged with DUI, failure to maintain lane and reckless driving. She is currently sitting in the Atlanta jail.

In a statement released to the media, Fox 5's vice president of news wrote, “We are aware of the situation and we are currently investigating.”

    David Patraeus Paula Broadwell

It's a story as old as time itself: powerful, wealthy man meets woman, man romances woman -- despite being married to another woman.

Four star Gen. David Patraeus, 60, tendered his resignation as head of the CIA the day after President Barack Obama won re-election. The general's high flying career was grounded by accusations that he cheated on his wife of 38 years, Holly, with his biographer, Paula Broadwell (pictured right).

According to the NY Post, one of Patraeus's other mistresses blew the whistle on his cheating ways.

This post was updated from an earlier version that contains the same information as present.

R&B crooner Usher Raymond recently put the palatial mansion that he once shared with ex-wife Tameka Raymond on the market -- and he's giving her 60 days to vacate the premises.

Public records show the 33-year-old singer purchased the 12,445 square foot, 6 bedroom, 8 bath mansion in Roswell in 2007 (the year he married Tameka) for $3,040,000. The value of the home has dropped over a million dollars in recent years. But Usher is listing the home at $3.2 million.

Usher filed for divorce from Tameka in 2009 after living apart for over a year. He allowed Tameka to live in the mansion with their sons, 4 and 3, and her sons from previous relationships for a few years. But the terms of their divorce allows Usher to sell the mansion at will.

Friends say Usher was tired of sinking thousands of dollars a month into the mansion for its daily upkeep. He wants Tameka out so he can unload the pricey property and cut his losses.

There are certain crimes against humanity that cannot be forgiven simply because the offender has served his time. Particularly violent crimes against women.

Women's groups around the world are not willing to let Chris Brown off the hook 3 years after he was convicted of beating his then-girlfriend Rihanna to a bloody pulp.

Protesters in Sweden took to the streets to express their disapproval at an upcoming Chris Brown concert there. The Huffington Post reports that posters featuring Rihanna's mutilated face have been plastered on walls all over Stockholm.
