Jay Z and Beyonce have a problem. They have to figure out how to shield their 1-year-old daughter Blue Ivy from the prying paparazzi. She’s a toddler now, and soon they won’t be able to hide her under a blanket for too much longer.
I hear that Beyonce is “terrified” at the thought of the public criticizing her daughter’s looks (they say BIC is looking more and more like her father every day).
Beyonce has had a hard week. Her dazzling Super Bowl performance was marred by a blog who posted some of the most hideous photos of any artist I have ever seen. The blog, Buzzfeed, refused Behyonce’s instructions to remove the photos. As a result, I am told there will be no photography allowed during Beyonce’s upcoming world tour — unless Beyonce herself approves the photographs herself.
Gawker.com reports that Beyonce’s stressed out publicist succeeded in pulling down most of those photos from the photo wire service Getty Images. That means no magazine, newspaper or blog can purchase those pics. I wonder what that must have cost Beyonce and Jay Z?
Unfortunately for Bey, those photos will live on forever in hard drives and Internet databases everywhere.
Meanwhile, Beyonce, 34, and a haggard looking Jay Z, 45, were seen leaving trendy ‘Gjelinas’ on Abbot Kinney in Venice, California on Thursday. Beyonce was wearing a chic black top, skinny leather trousers and studded Christian Louboutin heels.
She held her head down as extra hired security kept the frenzied paparazzi at bay. One bold paparazzo asked Jay Z about actress Amanda Bynes calling him ugly. But Jay Z just lowered his head and stepped into a waiting chauffeured limousine SUV.
I guess it’s no fun being a celebrity if you’re a narcissist who has no control over the words and images that the public sees?
