Michael Dunn, the Georgia man who shot and killed a teenager after an argument over loud “thumping bass” music, took the witness stand on day 4 of his 1st degree murder trial on Tuesday.
The prosecution and defense rested yesterday. Both sides will make their closing arguments today.
Dunn, 47, is on trial for fatally shooting 17-year-old Jordan Davis during a verbal altercation outside a convenience store in Jacksonville, Florida in November 2012. He is charged with 1 count of first-degree murder and three counts of attempted first-degree murder. Dunn faces life in prison if convicted on all charges.
