In fact everything on us is a bit lopsided. Generally each person has a hand, foot and boob that’s larger than the other. Often it is your dominant side that’s larger (for most of us that’s the right) and it may not be by that much. It’s good to know which of your feet is larger so you can accomodate it when buying shoes.
I used to sell shoes and there was a client of mine whose feet were an entire size apart. She would have to buy 2 pairs of the same shoe to mix and match. Apparently Nordstroms will let you split a pair if you need different sizes (at least they used to. Not sure of the current policy).

Long story short, the character is trans (female-to-male). I Googled the individual because they look strange (excuse the adjective). Come to find out, the character mirrors the life of the actor, who is a real life trans male. Not saying they weren’t before, but trans actors and actresses are everywhere now, so if you watch tv, expect to see them now more than ever.
Chaz Bono portrayed a reverend on The Bold & The Beautiful. That’s the same series that has a Black female portraying the character of a male-to-female trans character on the show. Coincidentally, the trans male on Mistresses has feelings for the Black character, April, portrayed by Rochelle Ayers. I have no doubt that the LGBT community will be utilizing its resources to “normalize” transgenders in the Black community. Let’s not forget Laverne Cox (we have Diddy to thank for her) and D. Smith of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta.
