The media mogul showed off her baby bump in the beautiful Dantelle/Chiffon dress designed by Iraqi haute couture fashion designer Zeena Zaki under her “Julea Domani” label ($817).
Zeena is a couture designer favored by such socialites as Kim Kardashian. Zeena manufactures her clothing line in Dubai, UAE.
