R&B group Xscape performed live at Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms‘ Inauguration Ball at Atlanta’s City Hall on Tuesday night. The group performed their hit song “Understanding” for the standing room only crowd. Bottoms, a Democrat, defeated Mary Norwood, who ran as an independent, in a very close mayoral race. Norwood conceded defeat 2 weeks ago. Bottoms, 47, is Atlanta’s 2nd female mayor.
