Kevin Hart’s condition is much worse than his camp revealed in the hours after he was involved in a serious car crash.

A witness told police the diminutive comedian was the first to climb out of the mangled 1970 Plymouth Barracuda that veered off the road and crashed on Sunday night.

A witness called 911 to report people stuck in the wreckage. First responders used the jaws of life to cut them out of the vehicle. But Hart was gone by the time first responders arrived just before 1 a.m. West Coast time.

Later, an unidentified female called 911 from inside Hart’s home to say the comedian was “not coherent and can’t move.” She said something was protruding from his spine.

The 911 call conflicts with earlier reports that Hart was fine, talking and walking around after the crash.

Hart underwent an operation to stabilize his back on Sunday.
