Drake was booed off the stage by fans who expected to see Frank Ocean perform at Tyler, The Creator's Camp Flog Gnaw 2019 music festival in Los Angeles over the weekend.

The 33-year-old Canadian rapper was shocked by the negative reaction as he made a surprise appearance during a headline set shared with rappers Lil Uzi Vert and A$AP Rocky, pictured right with Tyler.

According to WENN.com, it had been rumored that rapper Frank Ocean, 32, was scheduled to perform during the evening, so when the "God's Plan" rapper stepped onstage, he was met with a chorus of boos from the crowd.

Cell phone video uploaded to YouTube by YeeterzTV shows Drake attempting to perform despite the booing at Los Angeles' Dodger Stadium.

Drake tried using a little psychology, telling the audience: "I'm here for you tonight. If you want to keep going, I will keep going." But it didn't work, as the concertgoers replied "Nooooo!"

Embarrassed and humiliated, Drake cut his set short by 20 minutes, telling the crowd: "It's been love. I love y'all. I go by the name of Drake. thank you for having me."

Following his quick exit, many concertgoers took to Twitter to share the news. According to one Twitter user, fans at the festival were expecting to see performances by openly homosexual rappers, such as Tyler, 28, and Frank Ocean (pictured left), but they got the closeted rapper Drake instead.

"Fans at camp flog gnaw were expecting that Frank ocean was gonna be the surprise guest headliner... they got drake instead.. safe to say... they rather Frank ocean."

But others insisted Ocean had never been confirmed to perform at the festival, and they don't know how that rumor got started.

"Tyler, The Creator never said it was Frank Ocean or gave clues about it," one person tweeted. "That's y'all fault for being mad and assuming s**t. It should be whatever that A$AP Rocky, Lil Uzi Vert and Drake were the mystery guest for Camp Flog Gnaw."

Police in Jacksonville issued an Amber Alert for missing 5-year-old Taylor Rose Williams, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

Taylor's mother Brianna Williams told Jacksonville police she last saw Taylor when she put her to bed in her home in the 600 block of Ivy Street around midnight on Wednesday, Nov. 6.

Williams said she woke up the next day to find Taylor missing and the back door unlocked.

Williams has since stopped cooperating with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office after inconsistencies were found in her story.

During her police interrogation Williams was questioned about a wanted ad that was posted on Craigslist the day before she reported Taylor missing.

According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, a wanted ad was placed on Craigslist on Tuesday, Nov. 5. The ad states "childcare needed tomorrow" and that a babysitter "bailed on" the mother, according to Action News Jax.

The ad did not include Williams' name, but detectives say the ad's author mentioned having a 5-year-old daughter, working at the Jacksonville Naval Air Station, and living in Jacksonville's Northside section.

Williams is a Petty Officer 1st Class who works at the Jacksonville Naval Air Station.

Williams' family members arrived in town from Alabama to assist in the investigation. They told detectives they had not seen Taylor in six months.

Sheriff Mike Williams is asking anyone who may have seen Williams together with Taylor in the past six months to contact the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office at (904) 630-0500.

First Coast Crime Stoppers has increased the reward for information in the case to $4,000.

Alexis Crawford's roommate, Jordyn Jones, 21, and Jones' boyfriend, Barron Brantley were arrested and charged in Crawford's death, WSB-TV reports.

Both suspects were booked into the Fulton County jail on Friday night, hours after Crawford's body was found in a DeKalb County park.

No photo

Police said one of the suspects led investigators to Crawford's body. Her cause of death was by asphyxiation.

The 21-year-old Clark Atlanta University student was reported missing by her family on Nov. 1 after she failed to show up for class or to work.

The motive for murder is still under investigation, but Crawford reportedly filed a sex assault complaint against Brantley three days before she went missing.

WSB-TV reports Crawford accused Brantley of sexually assaulting her inside the off-campus apartment she shared with Jones.

Brantley waved his fist during his first court appearance on Saturday morning, according to WSB-TV's Michael Seiden. Jones' first hearing is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 11.

Crawford's family announced her funeral will be held on Saturday Nov. 16 at Noon at the Hill Chapel Baptist Church, 1692 W. Hancock Avenue in Athens, Georgia.

The family asks that any cards or donations be sent directly to Gregory B. Levett and Sons Funeral home, which is handling the arrangements.

"The Crawford family is truly grateful and encouraged by the outpouring of love and concern they have received from across the country," said Rev. Markel Hutchins, a spokesman for the family. "Please keep them in your positive thoughts and prayers," Hutchins added.

An Atlanta college student who was reported missing last week was found dead on Friday. Alexis Crawford, a 21-year-old senior at Clark Atlanta University, was discovered dead in a DeKalb County park, WSB-TV reports.

Crawford's roommate, 21-year-old Jordyn Jones, led police to the body, Atlanta Police Chief Erika Shields said at a press conference on Friday.

Crawford's family reported her missing on Nov. 1 when she failed to show up for class or work. She lived in an off-campus apartment with her roommate.

Jones reportedly confessed to her role in Crawford's death. Jones' boyfriend, Barron Brantley, 21, is also considered a suspect in Crawford's death, Shields said.

Atlanta police are in the process of securing arrest warrants for Jones and Brantley, Shields said.

"Jordyn had been Alexis' friend and her roommate," Shields said. "The case has come to one of the saddest conclusions possible and has been absolutely heartbreaking."

An emotional Shields said, "To all the APD investigators who worked on this diligently and around the clock. I say 'Thank you.' Thank you for treating Alexis like she was one of our own."

The Sacramento County Sheriff's Office released surveillance video footage of a woman's final moments before she was executed in front of sheriff's deputies by her abusive boyfriend.

The violence occurred around 12:30 a.m. outside a Carmichael, California apartment complex on Oct. 27.

The video, which includes commentary by sheriff's spokeswoman Sgt. Tess Deterding, begins with a chaotic scene as the suspect fights with a woman and throws her to the ground, while trying to kick in an apartment door.

The man, who was later identified as Earnest Easterling, 25, lifts his shirt to reveal a handgun tucked into his waistband. "You got the police called on me! I didn't do sh*t!" he yelled to someone inside the apartment.

The woman, who was still on the ground, yelled to someone inside the apartment to lock her door. The woman was later identified as Chanell Brown, 23, Easterling's girlfriend.

At some point, Easterling left and returned to the apartment. "He had replaced the standard round magazine in his handgun with a 50 round drum magazine," Sgt. Deterding explained.

Multiple neighbors called 911 to report a man with a gun. He again tried to break the door down.

"Hey, on my mama. When they come, I'm blasting you... You broke my car, doing that weird s---," he said while punching Brown. "Ernest, stop!" she cried.

As sheriff's deputies arrived on the scene at 12:40 a.m., Brown walked toward them with her hands in the air. "Naw, bruh," Easterling said. "Ernie, go in the house," Brown told him.

As Brown walked behind a fence with her hands in the air, Easterling lunged at her and opened fire, killing her.

The three deputies unloaded their clips at Easterling, killing him instantly.

"That video speaks a thousand words," Sgt. Deterding told CBS News. "If you watch it, everything unfolds in a split second."

Brown's mother described her daughter as an "angel," and said she saved lives the night she died. "That's what really happened. She sacrificed her own life."

A family member said Easterling was Brown's first boyfriend. She said Brown's personality changed and she became distant after dating Easterling.

The family held a press conference on the day the video was released to the public. They said their goal is to prevent others domestic violence victims from meeting the same fate as Brown.

CAUTION: The video contains scenes of graphic violence that may be disturbing to some viewers.

Lawmakers in Georgia, Kentucky, and Texas have proposed legislation to ban doctors from prescribing puberty blockers and other hormone drugs for children.

Georgia State Rep. Ginny Ehrhart is drafting a bill that would block medical providers from facilitating a medical "transition" for minors by prescribing puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones.

The lawmakers acted out of a sense of concern for children after a Texas mother brainwashed her 3-year-old son to believe he was a girl.

The child, now 7, attended school as a boy for the first time in his young life this week. His mother, a pediatrician, convinced the youngster that he was a girl because he played with a girl's toy in a McDonald's happy meal when he was 3.

The boy's father asked a judge to grant him full custody of the boy, but a Texas jury awarded primary custody to the mother and allowed her to continue transitioning the boy into a girl.

In response to the overwhelming public backlash, the presiding judge overturned the jury's decision.

"We're talking about children that can't get a tattoo or smoke a cigar or a cigarette in the state of Georgia, but can be castrated and get sterilized," Ehrhart told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

In 2018, Ehrhart defeated Democrat Jen Slipakoff, who is raising her son as "transgender" because at 2 years old he showed an interest in pink pajamas and cupcakes.

People who "transition" their minor children to the opposite sex tend to be white women who suffer from Munchausen by proxy syndrome.

Munchausen by proxy syndrome is a mental condition in which a parent or caregiver fakes or causes illness in children for attention from healthcare workers and the news media.

The mother of missing 5-year-old Taylor Rose Williams has stopped cooperating with the police investigation into her disappearance.

Authorities say Taylor was last seen alive when her mother, Brianna Williams, put her to bed in her Jacksonville home around midnight on Tuesday. Brianna told police that when she woke up the next day, she noted Taylor was gone and the back door was unlocked.

A car that was parked in the home's driveway was towed to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office to be searched for evidence, according to 11 Alive News.

Taylor was last seen wearing a purple shirt and pink pajama pants. Brianna Williams phoned 911 to report Taylor missing, but she has since stopped cooperating with Florida authorities, according to NBC News.

Police say Brianna, a Navy petty officer, stopped cooperating after they noticed inconsistencies in her story.

"Yesterday we were talking to her about some inconsistencies in her statement and that's when she chose to stop cooperating with us," Jacksonville Sheriff Mike Williams told reporters on Thursday.

No photo

Sheriff Williams, who is not related to the family, said Brianna is not considered a suspect at this time, according to NBC News.

"We remain hopeful that we'll find Taylor," he added. "We're not going to stop on our efforts to locate her and there's not one scenario or theory that we're not exploring and every possibility is being looked at."

Florida Crime Stoppers is offering a $3,000 reward. Anyone with information is asked to call 1-866-845-TIPS. You can remain anonymous.

@Klossfilms for British Vogue

American singer Lizzo graces the December 2019 cover of British Vogue magazine. But not all of her fans are excited for her first ever Vogue cover.

Lizzo was styled in a black Versace frock with a feather boa in B&W photographs shot by @Klossfilms. A cheap photo filter effect makes Lizzo appear 3 sizes smaller - which doesn't suit her fans who complained about the unnecessary filter effect.

One fan tweeted: "I love Lizzo so much and am so happy she's on the Vogue UK cover BUT why did they put that ugly filter on her portrait ???"

Another user tweeted: "This cheap glitch / acid blur effect is homophobic".

Lizzo told British Vogue that she felt worthless growing up because thick women like her weren't represented in fashion magazines.

"When you don't see yourself, you start to think something's wrong with you. Then you want to look like those things and when you realize it's a physical impossibility, you start to think, 'What the fuck is wrong with me?' I think that took a greater toll on me, psychologically, growing up than what anyone could have said to me."

Whoopi Goldberg snapped at The View's audience members for booing during a guest appearance by Donald Trump, Jr. on Thursday. Don Jr. stopped by The View with his fiancée, former Fox News host Kimberly Guilfoyle.

Goldberg and her co-hosts were uneasy after the mostly pro-Trump crowd began booing during the question and answer session.

According to The Hollywood Reporter journalist, who was invited to sit in the audience, Whoopi yelled, "The booing is fucking us up," during a commercial break.

"It's messing with everyone's mic. You can grimace and all that. All we hear is booing," she added.

THR reported that the front row was stocked with Trump supporters, including a man wearing a Trump hat who asked, "Who killed [Jeffrey] Epstein?" during a commercial break at the end of the show.

Epstein, a billionaire financier and America's most prolific child molester, died of suicide by hanging in his jail cell earlier this year. He is pictured with President Trump in 1997.

Kanye West is a born-again Christian and a musical genius with dreams of being a billionaire. So why not change his name to stand in his truth?

A wise person once said "You are what you think." Kanye thinks he is the most successful and wealthiest artist of his generation. During an appearance at the FastCompany Innovation Festival 2019 in New York City, Kanye, 42, says he might change his name to reflect his billionaire status.

"When people say it's crass to call yourself a billionaire, I say I might legally change my name to Christian Genius Billionaire Kanye West for a year until y'all understand exactly what it is… It will be on the license plate."

Kanye said he is determined to prove Forbes wrong after the magazine refused to recognize him as a billionaire when he showed them a receipt for $890 million. Forbes recognized his sister-in-law Kylie Jenner as a billionaire with no receipts.

By changing his name, Kanye will force the world to recognize him as a billionaire because billionaire is his middle name.

"When I did Forbes, I showed them a $890 million receipt and they still didn't say 'billionaire.' They don't want us to know that we can buy land; they don’t want us to have the 100 percent ownership [that] I have at Yeezy."

Kanye recently disclosed that the IRS cut him a refund check for $68 million. The hefty check brings him that much closer to his dreams of billionaire status.

Michael Jordan weighed in on the controversy surrounding the Los Angeles Clippers decision to rest star Kawhi Leonard for certain games in a NBA trend called "load management".

The NBA season is still young, and Leonard has missed 6 or 7 games to decrease risk of injuries. But Clippers fans feel cheated and are yelling foul.

Well-respected sports announcer and NBA analyst Doris Burke criticized Leonard for sitting out a recent game against the Milwaukee Bucks and the league MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo at the Staples Center.

"It is mind-boggling to me that Kawhi doesn't want to play against the reigning MVP and he'd rather play against Portland tomorrow night on TNT," Burke said. "Kawhi not playing is ridiculous at this point."

Leonard seems unfazed by the criticism. But when Michael Jordan speaks, everyone listens.

The NBA legend and owner of the Charlotte Hornets is making sure his own players don't get the wrong idea about the work ethic that is expected of them.

According to Steve Clifford, current Orlando Magic coach and former head coach of the Hornets, Jordan addressed the issue of load management in team meetings.

"Being with Michael in Charlotte, Michael used to tell them every year, you're paid to play 82 games."

Clifford added that lazy players stood out from the rest: "I've been doing this for 20 years, and playing 82 games used to be a badge of courage for a lot of guys. There were always a lot of guys who didn't want to play. They stood out more."

Beyonce Knowles-Carter has added her name to a viral petition to prevent convicted murderer Rodney Reed's execution in Texas.

The 38-year-old singer has signed the Change.org petition, urging Texas Governor Greg Abbott to take another look at the evidence, WENN.com reports.

Kim Kardashian-West, Rihanna, Meek Mill, and Busta Rhymes have already signed the petition and urged fans to do the same.

Kim's husband, gospel musician Kanye West, 42, asked professional athletes in the NBA and NFL to stop playing for a week to help prevent Reed's execution.

Reed, who is Black, has spent 21 years on death row for the 1996 murder and rape of 19-year-old Stacey Stites, who is white.

Stites was scheduled to work at a grocery store in Bastrop, Texas on the morning of April 23, 1996, but she never showed up.

Her body was found later that day. She had been strangled to death with her own belt.

The prosecution linked Reed's DNA to live sperm found inside Stites' body during her autopsy. Police had his DNA on file because he had been arrested - but not convicted - in a different rape case.

Reed confessed that he had "consensual sex" with Stites on the day before her death, but his defense attorney claimed sperm can't survive in a deceased body for more than 24 hours.

Prosecution experts testified that sperm can survive for up to seven days. Reed was convicted and sentenced to death by an all-white jury.

But according to CNN, a former prison inmate named Arthur Snow, Jr. has claimed in an affidavit that Stites' fiancé, a Texas police officer, confessed to the killing.

Reed is set to be executed on November 20. His brother hopes all the celebrity attention will help stop Reed's execution.

Rihanna tweeted fans asking them to sign the petition: "One Click!!! SIGN this petition if you don't believe the Government should kill an innocent man!!!" she wrote.

Rapper Meek Mill, who campaigns for justice reform after his 2017 incarceration for a parole violation, tweeted: "16 days left and he will be executed for a crime he didn't commit."

Questlove, T. I., Gigi Hadid, and LL Cool J have also used social media to highlight Reed's case.

Kanye West is on a whirlwind promotional tour in New York City to launch his new Yeezy sneaker made of algae. The 42-year-old gospel musician toured a Burberry store with his wife Kim Kardashian-West.

During a spontaneous party thrown by WSJ magazine and FastCompany, Kanye said he plans to run for president in 2024.

In a video clip from the FastCompany Innovation Festival where Kanye spoke on a panel, he asked professional athletes in the NBA and NFL to stop playing for a week to help free Rodney Reed, the inmate whom Kim Kardashian-West is lobbying to get off death row.

"All the evidence says this guy didn't do it, and he's supposed to be executed in 30 days, and all the celebrity blacks will tweet about it. But the question is, will they stop playing basketball for a week to make sure that this innocent man gets out?"

Kanye also asked Black people to stop voting for who the elites choose for them.

"For Black people I say own your power. Your power is not to just vote Democrat for the rest of our lives. That's not the power," he said, according to Page Six.

"The power is when I talk to my lawyer ... I put on my trench coat and said, 'We're moving these factories to America, and that's how it's going to be' — and it's lovely." He debuted an algae sneaker, and proclaimed, "We moved the headquarters to Cody, Wyo … Our goal is to bring the manufacturing back to America — South America, North America — bring it back Stateside and to present jobs for people back here."

Kanye touched on losing his deal with Louis Vuitton which he said triggered his mental breakdown that landed him in a psychiatric ward in 2016.

"No one knew that was the beginning of me going to the hospital," he said.

A suspect has been arrested in the disappearance of Alabama college student Aniah Blanchard, 19.

Ibraheem Yazeed was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals in Florida late Thursday, Nov. 7, according to published reports. Yazeed was booked into the Escambia County Jail at 2:32 a.m. on Friday, Nov 8. He was treated for injuries he sustained while resisting arrest.

Escambia County Jail

Yazeed, 30, was out on bond in a different kidnapping and attempted murder case. A judge revoked his bond on Thursday. He was arrested in 2012 for attempted murder and again in February 2019 for kidnapping and attempted murder.

Blanchard was last seen at a gas station convenience store in Auburn, Alabama, near her apartment on Oct. 23. The suspect, Yazeed, was also seen on surveillance video in the same convenience store at the same time.

Blanchard had communicated with her roommate just before midnight on Oct. 23. She said she was on her way home, but minutes later she sent another text telling her roommate she was with someone named "Eric".

When her roommate asked who Eric was, Blanchard texted back, "I just met him." Her family reported her missing on October 24.

Two days later, Blanchard's car, a black 2017 Honda CR-V, was found abandoned at an apartment complex in Montgomery, Alabama, nearly 60 miles away from where she was last seen alive.

There was extensive damage to the right bumper, right wheel well and right passenger side door. Her family said the car was not damaged when they last saw her on Oct. 23.

Evidence recovered from inside the car led investigators to believe Blanchard was harmed and a victim of foul play.

Blanchard is the stepdaughter of heavyweight UFC MMA fighter Walt "Big Ticket" Harris, 36. He used social media and his contacts in the UFC community to help get the word out about her disappearance.

Harris first met Blanchard when she was 3 years old in 2003, when he started dating her mother, registered nurse and entrepreneur Angela Haley-Harris.

He said Blanchard and her older brother, Elijah, felt like his biological children. "I knew I had to protect her and take care of her," Harris says.

Harris said Blanchard has a "heart of gold." Years ago, when his wife worked the night shift at a hospital, Blanchard helped out with her two younger siblings, his and Angela's biological children. She was very responsible and helped to change their diapers, he said.

"She's a selfless kid and she always put people before her," Harris says. "She has a huge heart. She's my everything."

"It's hard, trying to stay strong," Harris tells PEOPLE magazine. "[But] as the head of my house I have to say strong because I know she needs me to be strong to find her."

Blanchard's biological father, Elijah Blanchard, is hopeful she will be found alive. "We say a special prayer every night for our daughter's safety," he said.

Mr. Blanchard left his family when his children were very young. He is married to prominent Alabama attorney Yashiba Glenn-Blanchard. The Blanchards are pictured on the left with Aniah Blanchard's mother and stepfather, right.

"Her family loves her, and we want her home," Elijah Blanchard told The Montgomery Advertiser on Monday. "She's special to me. She's special to our family. She's special to her friends."

"It's heart-wrenching because Aniah is such a people person," Elijah Blanchard told The Advertiser. "For someone to try to take advantage of that, someone who was probably just trying to be nice and try to go home, it's heart-wrenching."

He denied social media reports that his daughter arranged to meet a man she met on a dating app. Mr. Blanchard said that's not in her character.

"I never thought twice that Aniah was meeting anyone at any time of night. I just know her personality and the type of girl she is. My daughter was at the wrong place at the wrong time," he said.

A task force of a dozen law enforcement agencies, including the FBI, Department of Homeland Security, the Auburn Police Department, and Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences, are involved in the investigation.

Reward money for information in the case has grown to $105,000.

Rapper Tip "T.I." Harris took a lot of heat for his old fashioned comments about his teenage daughter's virginity. The doting dad sparked a frenzy on social media when he revealed he accompanies his 18-year-old daughter, Deyjah, to a gynecologist to make sure her hymen is intact.

The 39-year-old rap mogul described a typical gynecologist visit with his daughter.

"So we'll go and sit down and the doctor will come and talk. And the doctor is maintaining a high level of professionalism. 'Well you know sir, in order to share information…' I say 'Deyjah they want you to sign this so we can share information. Is there anything you wouldn't want me to know? Okay. Kim Kardashian-West says she has made sacrifices and totally compromises for Kanye West as he goes through a midlife change.

Kim stopped by The Real daytime talk show on Wednesday and suggested the rap musician, who turned his back on secular music, is going through a midlife crisis.

Kanye gave up rap music to preach to the unwashed masses during his popular Sunday Service gospel revival tour. Kim told The Real co-hosts that she supports her 42-year-old husband while he embarks on his religious journey. "I obviously want to honor him and what he's feeling. And he's been going through this life change," she said.

The West Coast socialite revealed she fights with her husband over the differences in their approach to raising their children since he became a born-again Christian.

The 39-year-old mother of four said Kanye removed the televisions from their children's bedrooms and he forbid 6-year-old North West from wearing lipstick.

"He's very cautious about what we have in the house. We got rid of TVs in the kids' room and removed makeup from North's room. He's had this epiphany of being this... not that he wasn't an amazing dad, but being more strict as a dad and very forceful on the imagery that's in our household and what they see."

She said she has had to compromise as Kanye becomes "more strict" as a dad. She said they sometimes fight over his excessive demands. Rumor has it that he went through her closets and ordered her to stop dressing in half naked clothing.

"I think, at the end of the day, that's what marriage is. He's going to do things that I don't agree with and I support him and vice versa."

The jury viewed gruesome crime scene photos on day 2 of Henry Segura's 2nd murder trial on Wednesday. Segura is accused of killing his ex-girlfriend, Brandi Peters, her six-year-old twin daughters, Tamiyah and Taniyah Peters, and his own son, 3-year-old JaVante Segura.

All four bodies were found in Peters’ Tallahassee, Florida home on Nov. 20, 2010.

A medical examiner testified on Thursday that Brandi Peters, 27, was pistol whipped, beaten with a heavy, round object and shot to death. Evidence shows she fought for her life.

The bodies of her three children were found stacked in a bathtub. Tamiyah was shot in the back of the head and drowned and the other two children were drowned.

Segura was arrested 10 months later in Le Sueru County, Minnesota, where he fled after the murders.

At the time of the murders, Peters was a single, stay-at-home mother. Prosecutors claim the motive for the murders was $20,100 in child support payments Segura owed Peters for the care of his son, JaVante Segura.

Though Segura signed JaVante's birth certificate, he later claimed Peters told him the boy wasn't his. He said he was in the process of asking the state to perform a DNA test because he couldn't afford the several hundred dollars for the test.

In Segura's first murder trial in 2015, the jury was told his DNA was not found at the crime scene despite his testimony that he had sex with the victim.

The DNA of an unknown female was found under Peters' finger nails, and the DNA of an unknown male was also present on a door handle, bolt lock, phone cradle, Peters' purse, and a shovel at the scene.

Additionally, police recovered a mixed DNA sample from the victim's bedroom phone that was later matched to Angel Avila-Quinones, a member of a Colombian drug cartel who had just been released from federal prison.

Avila-Quinones fled to Italy, where investigators interviewed him but were unable to bring him to the United States due to Italy's tough extradition laws.

The jury did not hear about the DNA match because the evidence was ruled inadmissible in court. Prosecutors claimed Avila-Quinones left the country in 2009, before the murders.

Kelsey Kinard, Segura's former cellmate in an Oklahoma jail, testified that Segura confessed to the four murders in 2011.

A judge declared a mistrial when the jury couldn't reach a unanimous verdict in 2015.

Nicki Minaj is comforted by the nice things white people say about her compared to "the blacks". The 36-year-old Barbie rapper took to social media to slam Black people for the mean things they say about her compared to the nicer white media coverage.

In a since-deleted tweet on Tuesday, Nicki wrote: "What the white [people] post. >>>>>> The blacks only post the few seconds where I raise my voice to push their narrative..."

The tweet came after Nicki was dragged online for criticizing daytime talk show hostess Wendy Williams for mocking her marriage to registered sex offender and ex-con Kenny "Zoo" Petty, 41.

Nicki's Black fans were disappointed at the rapper using an outdated racist term to describe her race.

One user tweeted: "You know what..I love your music. But the fact that you said 'white ppl' and then refer to us as 'the blacks' just furthers the idea that 'blacks' aren't people".

Another user tweeted: "Nicki Minaj said white people listen to her music like good fans while the blacks remind her that her husband ain't even buy her a wedding ring".

And a third user wrote: "Did this trick @NICKIMINAJ really say 'white ppl >>>>>>>> the blacks'?!"

Aaron Hernandez has been linked to a 4th murder two years after he died by suicide in a prison cell. Investigators have linked the late New England Patriots star to a 4th murder, RadarOnline.com reports exclusively.

The former Pro Bowl tight end was accused of killing his friend Odin Lloyd because he believed the professional football player was about to out him as a bisexual. Hernandez was previously investigated for a double homicide in 2012.

Hernandez was sentenced to life in prison in 2015. While behind bars, he reportedly bragged to his prison lover about committing a 4th murder. Hernandez took his own life in his prison cell in 2017 at age 27.

In a new book by journalist Dylan Howard, titled Aaron Hernandez's Killing Fields, Hernandez's cellmate and boyfriend, Kyle Kennedy, said: "[Aaron] always used to tell me he had four murders. He would just always, all the time joke around saying 'I got four bodies.'"

The book described Hernandez and his "crew of thugs" piling into a car in search of Lloyd about a week before he was killed. But instead of finding Lloyd, the men found Jordan Miller, who was gunned down in his home, according to Radar. Miller's murder remains unsolved.

In the book, former police detective Bo Dietl said Hernandez could have easily mistaken Miller for Lloyd because they looked alike.

"It sounds like Hernandez gets a tip from one of his goonies. That Odin Lloyd is at this location. [Then] Jordan Miller is shot inside his home, from [a] drive-by shooting through the window … It's very possible that Odin Lloyd could have been in that apartment, and if they look similar, which I believe they do. They shot the wrong guy that time."

Dietl added: "I don't care if he pulled the trigger or not, if Aaron Hernandez was involved with the conspiracy to murder Odin Lloyd and Jordan Miller, it's the same as pulling the trigger."

Tip "T.I." Harris made headlines around the globe when he revealed he accompanies his teenage daughter, Deyjah, to a gynecologist to make sure she is still a virgin.

During a recent "Ladies Like Us" podcast, the proud father said he had "the talk" with Deyjah about the birds and the bees and he takes her to the gynecologist to make sure she is still a virgin.

Okay. See doc, ain't no problem.'"

T.I. said the doctor informed him of the various other ways a girl's hymen can be broken, such as using feminine products, playing sports, bike riding and horse riding.

The online reactions to the rap mogul's old fashioned parenting ranged from confusion to outrage. Many wondered why the father of seven still accompanies his 18-year-old daughter to her doctor's appointments to make sure her hymen is intact.

Planned Parenthood weighed in on the controversy by schooling the rapper about the anatomy and physiology of a biological female's hymen.

"[I don't know] who needs to hear this but virginity is a made-up social construct, and it has absolutely nothing to do with your hymen," Planned Parenthood tweeted on Wednesday.

The @PPFA Twitter account explained:

"A virgin is someone who's never had sex. But 'sex' means different things to different people, so 'virginity' does too. Many don't care what it means or think it matters. Whatever you believe, the fact is you can't tell if someone's had sex by checking their hymen...

"The hymen is a thin, fleshy tissue that's located at the opening of your vagina. Like other parts of our bodies, hymens are a little different for everyone...

"Many people think the hymen totally covers the opening of your vagina until it's stretched open, but that's not usually the case. Most hymens naturally have a hole big enough for period blood to come out and for you to use tampons comfortably...

"Some people just naturally have hymens that are more open. And many other activities besides sex can stretch your hymen — like riding a bike, doing sports, or putting something in your vagina (like a tampon or finger). Once your hymen is stretched open, it can’t grow back...

"Some people think you can tell if someone’s had sex before if their hymen is stretched open. But that’s not the case.

Say it with us:

YOU ... CAN'T ... TELL ... IF ... SOMEONE'S ... HAD ... SEX ... BY ... THE ... WAY ... THEIR ... HYMEN ... LOOKS ... OR ... FEELS".

Planned Parenthood's tweets were informative, but those of us who are in the health field beg to differ.

Doctors, nurses and medical examiners usually can tell if a woman has had sex or has been raped just by examining her vagina and inner labia folds - the two flaps of skin on either side of the vaginal opening.

There is a distinct difference between a hymen that is perforated by a finger or a Tampon and a hymen that was torn by sexual intercourse or by brute force such as in a rape.

Most hymens naturally have a small hole in the center. If the opening is stretched by a finger or a Tampon, jagged remnants of the hymen will still be visible.

The hymen’s edges may not be visible after sexual intercourse or rape, but there are still physical signs such as redness or injury to the inner labia folds that confirm sexual activity.

So, in a way, T.I. is correct.

The 13-year-old double murder suspect who fled barefoot from a North Carolina courthouse is back in custody.

Jericho was previously arrested, along with 19-year-old Derrick Deshawn Hunt, and charged with two counts of first-degree murder in the shooting deaths of brothers Frank Thomas, 34, and Adam Thomas, 33.

The juvenile escaped from a holding area on Tuesday, Nov. 5, after attending a hearing at a courthouse in eastern North Carolina.

The child, identified only as Jericho W., stole a bicycle and rode to a relative's home. His mother, Nikki Jacobs, picked him up there and delivered him to authorities late Wednesday.

Jacobs told WRAL's Bryan Mims she was driving her son to turn him in. She said the boy got a bike in Pembroke and rode it to a uncle's home after he escaped.

The child's escape triggered a massive manhunt involving several law enforcement agencies. Robeson County Sheriff's Office said he escaped barefoot from Juvenile Court around 12:10 p.m. on Tuesday. He was wearing beige pants, a white shirt and leg irons.

On Tuesday, Jacobs pleaded with her son to turn himself in.

"He's 13 years old and out here in the dark," said Jacobs. "My baby's out here somewhere, nobody knows, and he is all alone and hopefully he is safe wherever he is at. I just wish that he would come back ... turn himself in and get the help that he needs."

The North Carolina Department of Public Service confirmed to WRAL's Mark Boyle that Jericho was in police custody in Lumberton.

Jericho was transported by federal marshals to the Cumberland Regional Juvenile Detention Center in Fayetteville late Wednesday night.

A white man was chased by an angry mob, beaten and robbed of his spicy chicken sandwich after he went on a profane rant inside a Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen restaurant.

Online activist Tariq Nasheed posted a video that showed a white man shouting the N-word inside a Popeyes restaurant. The man was apparently upset after waiting in a long line for his food.

As the man walked outside the restaurant, he was set upon by an angry mob who beat him bloody and robbed him of his chicken sandwich.

This is the type of incident Popeyes had hoped to avoid when they pulled the chicken sandwiches out of stores after a series of violent incidents around the country earlier this year.

When Popeyes brought back the popular sandwich on Sunday, Nov. 3, the incidents of violence began anew.

One man was stabbed to death and social media users uploaded videos showing fights and other violent incidents inside and outside the restaurants. But Popeyes wasn't concerned.

According to Fox News, the corporation asked its customers to "show some patience and love each other as much as it loves the restaurant."

A spokesman told Fox Business the company had no plans to remove the sandwiches from stores again.

"The Chicken Sandwich came back on Sunday and will be available for the long term," a Popeyes spokesperson said in a statement to Fox Business on Wednesday.

"We love our fans and know they love us — we're asking everyone to share that love with each other and be understanding as the team works hard to get the sandwich back in every one of our guests’ hands."

Eric Yaverbaum, head of Ericho Communications, told Fox Business the incidents didn't mean a public relations disaster for Popeyes. He said the fights "just showcase poor decision making by specific Popeyes customers."

Actor Ron Perlman is back on the market. The "Hellboy" actor is divorcing his wife, jewelry designer Opal Perlman, after nearly four decades of marriage.

According to published reports, Mr. Perlman filed divorce papers at the Stanley Most Courthouse in Los Angeles on Tuesday, November 5.

The divorce actions comes after Perlman was caught passionately kissing his "Start Up" co-star Allison Dunbar while leaving upscale restaurant Alexander's Steakhouse in Pasadena, California back in May.

The two apparently live together. They were spotted out and about on Sunday, November 2, having lunch in Los Angeles.

News of the Perlmans' divorce wasn't a shock to their friends who described the interracial couple as "living very separate lives".

"Everyone thought Ron and his wife lived very separate lives," a source told In Touch magazine. "I will say this: The blonde actress he's with now isn't his usual type. He'd flirt on the set with extras like he was a single man. His wife's name never came up."

The Perlmans tied the knot on February 14, 1981. They share two grown children, daughter Blake Amanda Perlman (born 1984) and son Brandon Avery Perlman (born 1990).

A 13-year-old boy facing two murder charges made a bold midday escape from a North Carolina courthouse after appearing at a hearing on Tuesday, Nov. 5.

Police say the boy, identified only as Jericho W., escaped from the Robeson County’s department of social services building around 12 p.m.

The child, who was transported from the Cumberland Juvenile Detention Center, was clad in beige prison issue pants and a white shirt. Police say he is barefoot and wearing leg irons. His bold escape triggered a massive manhunt.

Jericho and a 19-year-old male are charged with two counts of first-degree murder with a dangerous weapon in the deaths of Frank Thomas, 34, and Adam Thomas, 33, whose bodies were found in a home they shared.

After appearing at a hearing on the charges, Jericho was placed in a holding area with two other juveniles, according to a spokesperson for Robeson County's Sheriff's Office said.

When someone opened the door to the holding area, Jericho bolted through the door and fled into a wooded area outside the building, according to ABC 15 News.

His mother, Nikki Jacobs, pleaded with the juvenile to turn himself in.

"He's 13 years old and out here in the dark," said Jacobs. "My baby's out here somewhere, nobody knows, and he is all alone and hopefully he is safe wherever he is at. I just wish that he would come back ... turn himself in and get the help that he needs."

Rapper Tip "T.I." Harris says he goes with his teenage daughter, Deyjah, to her doctor's appointments to make sure her hymen is still intact.

The 39-year-old rapper is a doting father to his children, including daughters Heiress, 3, and 18-year-old Deyjah Harris, who is increasingly popular on Instagram.

During a recent "Ladies Like Us" podcast, the proud father said he had "the talk" with Deyjah about the birds and the bees and he happily confirmed she is still a virgin.

"Not only have we had the conversation, we have yearly trips to the gynecologist to check her hymen," he said in all seriousness. "Yes I go with her. I go with her. So let me tell you, this one time we go, I think this might have been after her 16th birthday… and this is what we do. Right after the birthday we celebrate, usually like the day after the party, she's enjoying her gifts, I put a sticky note on the door 'Gyno tomorrow 9:30,'" he added.

The rapper described a typical gynecologist visit with his daughter.

"So we'll go and sit down and the doctor will come and talk. And the doctor is maintaining a high level of professionalism. 'Well you know sir, in order to share information…' I say 'Deyjah they want you to sign this so we can share information. Is there anything you wouldn't want me to know? Okay. See doc, ain't no problem.'"

T.I. said the doctor informed him of the various other ways a girl's hymen can be broken, such as using feminine products, playing sports, bike riding and horse riding.

"So I say look Doc, she don't ride no horses, she don't ride no bike, she don't play no sports man. Just check the hymen please and give me back my results expeditiously! But I will say as of her 18th birthday her hymen is still intact."

Even though he confirmed his daughter is intact, the promiscuous rap mogul says virgins are overrated.

"No fun. Who wants a virgin? Like, really. All that work?"

Former Atlanta Mayor, Kasim Reed, 50, has retained former reality TV star Phaedra Parks to represent him in his divorce from Sarah Elizabeth Langford-Reed.

According to rumormongers, Reed and his wife were separated for a while before they filed for divorce in September.

Reed fathered a daughter with the former 2005 Miss District of Columbia before they tied the knot in 2014. Sarah requests primary custody of their five-year-old daughter, Maria Kristan Reed; child support; an even split of their assets; and for Kasim to pay any debt they accumulated during their marriage, according to court papers obtained by Bossip.

Phaedra, 46, went through a very public divorce of her own after splitting from ex-con Apollo Nida, 40. They share two sons, Ayden and Dylan. Phaedra also represented musician Bobby Brown in the past.
