Brown┬╣s trial was delayed until June 25th because his bodyguard, Christopher Hollosy, invoked his 5th amendment right against self-incrimination and refused to testify on Brown’s behalf until he is sentenced that same day.

Three gay couples are challenging Georgia’s ban on same-sex marriage, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports. The three couples and a lesbian widow filed a federal lawsuit challenging the ban that prevents homosexual marriages from taking place in Georgia. The plaintiffs include two Atlanta men who are raising a 9-year-old boy together.
