Donald Sterling Relinquishes Ownership of LA Clippers

Embattled and disgraced LA Clippers owner Donald Sterling has agreed to relinquish ownership of the Clippers to his estranged wife of 59 years, Rochelle “Shelly” Sterling. Gossip tabloid TMZ.com reports that Shelly has agreed to sell the team — but only on her terms.

According to TMZ, Shelly is in secret negotiations with NBA officials, who are ramping up efforts to force Donald Sterling to sell the team after he was secretly recorded telling his ex-mistress, V. Stiviano, not to bring black men (specifically Magic Johnson) to his games.

The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating an attempted break-in at the million-dollar duplex of V. Stiviano, the former mistress of disgraced LA Clippers owner Donald Sterling.

In an exclusive interview with DuJour magazine, disgraced Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling implied that his ex-mistress had been blackmailing him. “I wish I had just paid her off,” he said.

16 days have passed since hundreds of Nigerian schoolgirls were kidnapped at gunpoint by militants who oppose western education for girls.

The militants of the Islamist terrorist group Boko Haram arrived at the boarding school in the dead of night. They exchanged gunfire with armed security guards outside the school before storming the school and rounding up the girls.

The frightened schoolgirls were herded onto waiting buses and motor scooters by the gunmen who assured them, “Don’t worry. Nothing will happen to you.”
