Apollo Nida Accomplice Sentenced to 5 Years in Prison

A federal judge sentenced Apollo Nida's female accomplice to 5 years and 1 month in a federal prison on Wednesday.

The AJC's Rodney Ho reports Nida’s co-conspirator Gayla St. Julien pled guilty to conspiracy to commit mail, wire and bank fraud and aggravated identity theft, resulting in a 61-month prison sentence.

St. Julien, 44, and Nida worked together from 2009 until 2013. She did most of the leg work while following Nida's instructions.

Attorney Phaedra Parks attends Angela Stanton's deposition

Embattled local attorney Phaedra Parks, far left, appeared at a deposition for local author Angela Stanton, right, in Gwinnett County in February of this year. Parks is suing Stanton for defamation after she was accused of committing federal crimes in Stanton's tell-all book, Lies of a Real Housewife. Stanton alleged that Parks was the mastermind behind an auto theft ring that operated in Atlanta. Stanton served prison time for her role in the auto theft ring.

Other reality TV stars attending the event are Tiny's stylist Shekinah Jo, Phaedra Parks (RHOA) and Rasheeda Frost (Love & hip Hop Atlanta). Kandi and Tiny have been longtime friends since before they performed together in Xscape. It looks like Kandi is going through with the TV wedding despite rumors that her fiancé Todd Tucker has stepped out on her.

Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member Apollo Nida is working on a plea deal with the federal government to avoid a trial, according to the AJC's Rodney Ho (via Radar Online).

Any plea deal will involve prison time for Nida who was arrested in January and charged with bank fraud and identity theft.

Nida's wife, Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member Phaedra Parks will represent him in court.

Confidential sources tell Sandrarose.com exclusively that the U.S. Attorney will grant "someone" immunity from prosecution for their testimony against local attorney and reality TV star Phaedra Parks.
