I can sympathize with him. I fell asleep while a VERY boring guest speaker was in the pulpit. I wanted to leave when I felt myself nodding off, but I felt it would be disrespectful to walk out while he was sleeping. Don’t you know that pastor had the audacity to call me out after church? It’s not like people fall asleep on purpose.

I know that I am guilty of falling asleep during boring speeches as well but damn I will get up walk to the restroom and splash some water on my face or something. I can relate. I have fallen asleep plenty of times in church and it was very peaceful. I can’t even be mad at him, the only thing is, I don’t think I would let that happen if I’m right in front of everyone.

From what I heard the sermon took ALL day, well I’m sure not ALL day but it was long, I don’t blame him one bit we’ve all been there in school, church, work lol, it happens, get over it lol.
