His voice is different, but I really really like this song. Like Musiq, it’s his lyrics that make the song.
Straight classic…this man is unbelievable…i just love, love, love him as an artist…Lyfe Jennings is the best and has proven that not all convicts are bad..he has over come so many odds and has changed his life around…his music is timeless…i got both albums and lets just say….musically and lyrically i haven’t been in love with an artist as much as i have with him…people need to start give dude his respect…and please people dont hate until you have listen to his album…because i bet you a $1.25 his music will have some type an effect on you.
I love Lyfe as well and I like this song it’s about time somebody made a song about men not wanting to grow up.
Love this song and the message. I remember when I was in Neva neva land.
I saw the video yesterday on 106, and though I’m not a FAN of Lyfe Jennings, I’ve notice every last one of his songs has a positive message. But I have to admit, that I totally love this song.
Love it! Love it! Love it!!
Lyfe is so under rated right now. He’s being slept on by an industry that’s only interested in radio thugs. I was expecting him to bring R&B back to it’s glory and when he disappeared for a minute I felt kinda let down. I ‘m happy to see he’s still in the game though. I’m glad this first single comes with a message every grown man needs to hear.
Don’t be mad at me Jay!! I’m just the messenger! <—–LMAO
I love this song!!!!
LOVE IT AND ALL HIS MUSIC!!! Is this on a new cd? Where can I get it? Anybeody know?
I like the song, just wish his voice was a bit stronger. not a fan of the whipsy/raspy voice. I’m not a hater for crying out loud, I just have a different taste in music. The message behind the music is cool, he’s not trying to take strippers clothes off while it rains dollar bills from the ceiling then bang them against the wall. Real nice and classic.
Song is really good and to cupcake you can get the song from itunes!
Love it!!!
@ CUPCAKE:
his new album is called “LYFE CHANGE” and its suppose to be release in April this year. yaw stop sleepin on him…he got a song for every kind of situation you maybe going through or feeling…young or old…for the ladies or the fellas everyone can relate to his music.
I love this man. That’s all I can say.
If you’ve never seen him live, you must!
