Some kid figures out where producer Polow Da Don found his beats for his #1 song “Love in this Club.” So let’s see if I got this right: a producer takes sounds from the established works of others and incorporates the sound into their own tracks? Is this something new? Maybe for a young kid who’s never heard of sampling before.
Anyway, “Love in this Club” is a horrible song and now we know why.
Lmao @ Sandra
Thats funny…I let my nieces play around on my macbook. They love making beats and recording their own little songs over them. I guess they’re not the only ones!
i never thought that all the producers that claim they are that talented were anyway. if puffy can sample everybody sh*t in the world and make hit records in the 90’s everybody can…lol.
All good I guess…like you said, that is already a part of what hip-hop is…taking something familiar and flipping it to your own style. Yes, the keyboards are there, but Polow did program the drums and chop up the sample, right?….Kanye does it as well….it’s all good….though I know people aren’t really all in love with that song.
I can’t wait to see what Polow Da Don has to say about that!!
Tjhis song is HOT..I must admit I had to listen to it a few times before loving it though
WTF is this layout??? looks like nah right! hate it!
This layout looks like Christmas in California, non-descriptive.
I hope this is a “work in progress” and not the finished product.
Hmmm…..maybe I need to start messing with my garageband program. If its as easy as this guy says it is…I should be able to create the same beat.
Anyways… I hope this layout is a work in progress, too!
I don’t think the song is all that either
I can’t wait to decipher Polow’s press release. lol…

The theme was accidentally switched to the Classic theme and I didn’t notice. I was busy watching Okrah.
Okrah? LOL, if I wasn’t wasn’t watching my swimsuit figure, I was sure make me some fried Okra. Dang, I guess a cue that I need to eat something–daydreaming about food.
Damn, the lack of calories is affecting my brain. This is what I meant to say: If I wasn’t watching my swimsuit figure, I would make myself some fried Okra. **Munching on a pear now**
Whew! Thank God the normal fly layout is back. I felt so “open and exposed” with the other layout. LOL
Tangela, she was talking about Oprah. Do we need to revoke your card…?
what is Jeff on? like why does he talk like that?
That boy needs to read a book and stop looking up beats. He seemed kinda dumb to me.
Maybe he should look up that song Read a Book Read a Book Read a M’fing book.
so basically usher could’ve paid this guy a couple hundred dollars instead of polow’s rate???!!!…there are so many producers out there and although don’t have name recognition, they’re CHEAP and TALENTED…this song is still wack, i don’t care who made the beat…
I like the beat but the lyrics are so not cool! I mean really, sex in the club. Can’t we find something else to talk about?????????
I can’t stand that song either..
Tangela, please tell me you are joking the first AND second time you posted…..I’m waiting for a LOL or LMAO or something
Ummm, how is this a horrible song?? I love it! But thats funny easy that was…I used to use a program like that to make mixes for my dance group…its pretty easy!
First time I heard that song I thought it sounded like something I heard from Usher before. MEDIOCRE!!!! But that’s what people like today.
Lol @ Sandra. I bet you’re only saying the songs sucks because it’s by Usher.
Clearly, I knew she was talking about Oprah, but I was hungry and the imagery of golden-breaded okra just seemed to satiate my imagination–so I ran with it.
This is the same dude that had a video telling us how T-Pain can’t really sing and how he fakes it with that Voice thingy.
first of all they should of known to make a song mentioning having sex in the club, that idiots will try it, but the song is so catchy and video is hot from the clip…….
I don’t really care for the song either, but I saw a snippet of the video and that ish looks HOT. I think the video is going to set it off for those of us that can’t understand the hype.
Love the Song!!!!
Welcome back USHER…I don’t care if his step-son made the beat!!!
Tangela girl You got me wanting some fried okra lol I might have to get me a small one form churches lol
cddddddddddddddddddddddfu at 2thick4u you crazy girl I don’t know I just don’t like the song ky kids love it though
quote from sohh.com..”If a ten-year-old can make ‘Love in This Club’ and save Usher’s career and make black women want to f*ck him again, after they was done with him for getting married, then sh*t he’s a genius just like me,” Polow said. “I also wrote the hook – that’s not a preset.”
Polow has officially lost his everlovin mind..you need a few more hot tracks and Tameka on a milk carton for us to want Usher again, lol
Whewwwwwwwww 2bme… You are a fool for that one.
Yea I dont like that song either.. it gives me the bubble guts! yea its that damn bad..
Polow is a damn idiot anyways…and a racist, sexist idiot at that.
However, I guess I’m in the minority b.cuz I like that song lol.

Who wants to fuck Usher after Man-Eater wrapped her paws around him?!!!
I enjoy the beat and how he rides it with his lyrics…now he gets people wanna fuck Usher out of that…he needs to be slapped with a pistol the next time they rob his ass!!!
Not wishing him any harm but he always talking sideways!!!
i don’t think the kid in the video is hating. he was probably genuinely shocked when he made the discovery on his $60 mac program.
usher probably paid 5- 6 figures for that beat!
Say what yall want, polow fine as hell. That’s all i’ma say about him whenever. I haven’t heard the song yet or seen the video.
I like Usher’s grown man music. something about this song doesn’t convey that. I think it’s time to leave these club antics to the kids and get ya grown man on again, Usher. I’ll buy the cd, but gotta hear a slow jam first.
Wow
