Residents of one urban area are complaining about a boy who menaces his neighbors in his little red toy car. The boy, who appears to be 7, drives his toy car recklessly on both sides of the street.
When neighbors call 911 to complain, cops respond to the location but the kid and his red toy car are nowhere to be found. So one neighbor decided to film the little menace on her cell phone.
When she pulled alongside him to scold him, the boy flipped her off and kept it moving.
