Atlanta rapper Yung Joc joins the ranks of rappers who try their hand at running record labels. He launched his own label called Swagg Team Entertainment to be distributed by Jive Records. The first artists to be released on the label is a Chicago rap group named Hotstylez. Joc said he heard about the group from DJ Hershey who downloaded their demo single “Lookin’ Boy” from the Internet.
Yung Joc reworked the track and will release a video for the song on May 12. Meanwhile Yung Joc has other business ventures lined up. In addition to the new label, he also plans to launch his own line of sunglasses with his dad called Claudio St. James.
That’s right Joc, keep the new money in the family!

I’m not a Young Joc fan, but thats good the brother is doing good things and keeping the business in the family!
omg…that song is soooo wack…the song may have caught his attention, but i’m going to assume their demo, mixtape, or whatever was bananas…good for them though since they’re from my fav city chgo…
whatever happened to his condom line? I’m happy he deviated from the usual “clothing line” venture. I’m hoping his glasses are stylish & affordable
He could keept he record label…that shit ain’t for everyone.
The sunglass venture is great and I love the name!!!
I wish him much success!!!
WHY DO THESE DUMB NEGROS KEEP INVESTING IN MUSIC LABELS AND CLOTHING LINES…THE REAL MONEY IS IN REAL ESTATE, BUSINESS FRANCHISE VENTURES & TECHNOLOGY….MUSIC JUST ISN’T THE HOT THING RIGHT NOW, EVERYBODY AND THEIR MAMA IS TRYING TO START A MUSIC LABEL…WE COULD USE MORE LOW INCOME HOUSING, DAYCARES, AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS.
Why does Joc remind me of Mase?
Tell me 3 Young Joc songs, I confuse him with Young Jeezy, All these youngs throw me off.
Is he the one with the signature Ha haaa
