Celtics Stun the Lakers in Boston

Kobe Bryant and the LA Lakers were swept by the Boston Celtics last night. Okay, so I jumped the gun a little.

In a nail biter that saw the Celtics eek out a win in the final seconds, the NBA’s #1 defense beat the #1 offense 108-102 in game 2 to take a 2-0 in the Finals.

Kobe Bryant and the misfiring Lakers didn’t have an answer for Kevin Garnett, the NBA’s defensive player of the year. Everybody knows Kobe can’t handle the pressure of a close game. When Kobe gets rattled he has to hire a private detective to find his jump shot.

Unfortunately for Lakers fans, the Lakers have never overcome a 2-0 deficit in the NBA Finals. So the Celtics will sweep the Lakers in game 4 in LA on Thursday. You can bet your mortgage on it because…..

My boys whupped Kobe’s ass last night and they gon do it again on wednesday, thurday, and Friday.

Last night was a good game though..Lakers were off by 20 points for the longest and then they just started scoring like crazy trying to catch up…but it was to late

Kevin Garnett has never won an championship so he is more hungry then the young guys including Kobe Bryant I was happy that the Lakers beat the Spurs just because I didnt wanna see them again But this time I believe Celtics are going to win!!!!!!!

I am a huge CELTICS fan, but I think it’ll go to 7…I don’t think the Celtics are going to sweep. I think the Lakers will win all their games at home, and so will the Celtics (who have homecourt advantage) to win the full series.

I was so upset when Boston beat my hometown Cavs but I wanted them to beat Detroit because I can’t stand Rasheed and I want them to beat LA because I can’t stand Kobe. It also helps that I love Paul Pierce lol. Go Boston all the way!

You obviously don’t like Kobe and that’s OK, Anyway, Celtics will most likely win and that’s because they have the much better overall team. The Lakers wouldn’t have made it this far had it not been for the one and only Kobe Bryant. Kobe is a beast and the best player on the planet but the Lakers can’t always be victorious even if they have an amazing player like Kobe.

When you’re on top of the world and the biggest star in your sport like Kobe is so many ppl want you to fail and that’s another reason why so many want the Lakers to lose. There are fans out there who want Celtics to win and not because they’re Celtics fans only because they don’t like Kobe LOL.

i was glad they, celtics took that smug look off keisha/kobe’s face. kobe was acting as tho he had the ring. i dont like it when you throw your team under the bus then get rewarded like he was the best team mate of the yr.

i agree that boston has the best OVERALL team. i’m pulling for them boys. last night’s game was bannanas at the end. i almost lost my dinner man! woooooooh but boston kept it tight! they got a lil complacent but i’m glad it happened so they will see how they need to play the game all the way through. take the lesson!

it won’t be a sweep but i think boston is gonna pull it. they may lose game 3 but they will win game 4 and eventually the series. kevin garnet is a leader and it’s his time! God tells me it’s the Celtics! LOL!

this shyt aint real. this is just entertainment and they have to get yall money. i know, pointimout sounds ignorant. So in the playoffs, these teams always conveniently go to game 6, or even 7? Bullshyt.

i summed this up when jordan played with the bulls. if they come right out and take all 4 games, there are at least 2 opportunities missed for millions and millions of $$$ from tickets, advertisements, etc. I’m just not buying it.

I am from the Bean (born and raised) and I love all new england teams so I am happy that celtics is doing their thing and I hope they win it all. . Everyone knows (that for the past few years) we got the best FOOTBALL , baseball and now basketball teams. Although some of yall may disagree lol.
