Students from the Ron Clark Academy in Atlanta performed a political song supporting both presidential candidates.
Unlike some of my readers, these children respect a person’s decision to vote for whoever they like.
Thanks to loyal reader Jessica for the link!
They are children…
They aren’t fighting for the future of their livelihood, and the value of the dollar. They aren’t fighting to end a war that was initiated over saving face, personal vendettas and pride. They know nothing about crisis, investments, stocks and bonds or NASDAQ.
Cute video…
What Divine said…
they don’t know Syria is decalring war with us either
i saw this a few weeks ago and sent it to all my friends on facebook..i thought this was so cute!! i’m impressed to see that cnn picked it up…please check out the official youtube clip to see it from the beginning because this is actaully not the whole thing. starts off with their white instructor doing a rap.

COSIGN @ Divine
Cute in theory … who is in the office for the next 4 years isn’t a joke though.
Otherwise, cute video
@ the kids danicng around – leave it to the A’
I have mixed feelings so I’ll just say I hope the kids only like that beat and don’t know the original T.I. lyrics too. It is creative and expresses the point well though.
I saw this on CNN, and I was too tickled. They were really into it, and performed well! They changed the song and gave it a purpose…NICE WORK.
Its good they respected both sides, so Obama wouldnt get blamed for this too.
That’s wonderful. It’s nice to see the children engaged in the process. In order for them to learn/create the song they had to learn where each candidate stood on the issues and that is what it’s all about. Big up to them for getting in on the history and dances their little butts off. Too cute.
Gas price below $2.00 would be nice!
Cute. Since they are talking politricks now, hopefully they will be speaking and acting on it later.
^^^I put $25 in I’m a little over Half full, I couldn’t beleive it I see the change coming already…
…. “I said, I’m votin for Obama toniteeeeee, votin for Obama toniteeeeee… Yeeeeeaaaaaahhh”
I think its great that they are giving equal coverage to both candidates in their performance..doing this puts a lid on the negativity that surrounds McCain and Obama respectively.Had this just been for one candidate there would have been an issue with these children caught in the middle so kudos to whoever thought this up!
sandra…you can’t vote at all so just let it go!
I saw this when I was working out at the gym during lunch. I actually thought about you Sandra
Exciting/cute presentation!
