After taking ill during a concert in Sydney, Australia last week, Rihanna returned to the stage the very next night fully recovered from what ailed her.

She even did her best Peter Pan impression flying over the ecstatic audience strapped to a harness.

We wonder if all that swinging and spinning in the air is what made Rihanna dizzy the night before? It certainly made us dizzy just watching her.
