Asian Pacific Islanders who live in LA have filed a $4 billion lawsuit against teen star Miley Cyrus for their pain and suffering after seeing this picture of Cyrus slanting her eyes.
Attorney Lucie J. Kim, who filed the suit in L.A. county, says she represents 1 million Asian Pacific Islanders who feel their civil rights have been violated, and they want $4,000 apiece from Miley.
There’s no word on if they are also suing the guy on the left who is also making an offensive gesture, or the third guy from the right — who is really insulting.
