Plastic Barbie Beyonce finally opens up about her diet in the current issue of Cosmopolitan. There was no mention of artificially inflating her curves with butt and hip pads. But we did say this was Beyonce, right?
She reveals, “I go through phases. Right now I’m eating veg and drinking water. I have bran cereal in the morning, a salad for lunch and maybe fish for dinner. It’s boring.”
“If I snack, it’ll be fruit. Or I have these yogurt-covered almonds. But this is when I’m being good.
When I’m being bad… I’m bad,” adds Beyonce.
“All the way. Burgers, pizzas, french fries, the lot…”

Eff this bish, I don’t give a fock. I am on the best diet there is right now, it’s called the “unemployed and I need to fit into my interview suits diet because I’m not spending any money on any new clothes right now” diet. So far, so good.

that’s not a diet..she’s starving her self..whatever.she is eating what she wants and working out! she works like 48 hours in a day.
@iscream, honestly the truth is that if u want to lose weight u just need to eat less and burn more. The way I cut calories was limiting my meat to twice a week, no processed carbs, drink my weight in water (100 lbs = 100oz) and eat no less that 5 servings of vegetables a day and those were my only restrictions. Initially I lost 26lbs in about 6 weeks and then another 17lbs since mid November. I attend bootcamp 3 times a week, but now I need to work out more than that to keep losing, so I started a 5 mile walk/jog on the alternate days (thank God for stone mountain). I hope to lose another 30lbs before december, but hopefully will reach the goal way before then.

I have a lot of running around to do durning the week so its hard for me to commit to a gym. I was thinking of cutting down meats & eating more fish. & cut out the soda. I should join my son’s Karate class. (That was a joke)
26lbs in 6 weeks. That’s amazing. I’m really just looking to lose 10 to 15 lbs if I can lose 20 great but no more than that.
What is considered processed carbs?
That’s crazy, and Bey is always a thick girl…even with this diet? (Not counting the times where she has to lose weight for roles and etc.) I kinda almost feel bad for her because imagine if she just ate regular meals everyday….not even necc. bad meals but something more than vegetables and water. But she did say she felt like she was a fat person dying to come out of her body…awww…well as long as it works for her and she’s happy

I was surprised at the initial weight loss too, but my body went through a drastic change with the change in diet alone, plus the consistent working out. I don’t knwo how it happened, but I need it to happen like that for this remaining weight, my inner skinny bish wants to reign again!
Processed carbs are carbs not anywhere near their natural state. Like I’ll eat potatoes, rice (mostly basmati though), natural granola, oatmeal because they’re very close to their natural states; vs bread which started of as wheat, then was bleached and refined to flour then made into bread or cereals which started of as whole grains and when through similar processes. Boot camp is fun, and we meet at either 5 in the morning or 6 in the evening. If you’re in atlanta you should come, we’re at piedmont park, he’s super affordable and will help you get the results you’re looking for.

If that’s really all she eats then she is starving her body, she needs more calories and definitely more complex carbohydrates to fuel her muscle and brain.
