Glad to see I wasn’t the only one who had a crush on Penny. He was so adorable to me. Aw, man! I think I was 12 yrs old when he played for the Orlando Magic. That was the FIRST and only basketball jersey I purchased and rocked!!

I was around the same age when I first discovered the fineness that was Penny. When my father took my sister and I into Modell’s I caught a serious attitude when he wouldn’t buy me a the No.1 Penny Hardaway jersey.

Dad finally relented. I wore that jersey with pride….until I noticed just how scrumptious Grant Henry Hill of the Detroit Pistons was!

Yeah, Grant is STILL fine. My celebrity crushes back in the day were- Penny, Grant Hill, Alonzo Mourning, John Stockton, there’s someone else but it’s slipping my memory. I’m sure it’ll come back to me a little later. But yeah, those were the days…

Shandon Anderson from the Utah Jazz was goodly to look upon, too! He wasn’t that well known, but during those NBA Finals between the Bulls and Jazz, I was always checking for him!

EWWWWWWW Reggie Miller. I use to HATE him but I live in Chicago i.e. Da Bulls so I’m a bit biased. I hated the Knicks too but John Starks and Charles Oakley was fine to me..lol They were my secret crushes.

My friend and I both have major crushes on D. Wade and she won tickets to this event and was told by the person at V-103 that they would call her with the place of the event on the day of the event. Needless to say, Monday came and went and she never got a call. She called and spoke with the program director today and was told that she actually had to come and get tickets and the person gave her the wrong information. I knew these pics would be on here today. I told her yesterday that SR always has the pictures of events like this and lo and behold, here they are and the hotness that is D. Wade. Damn….Damn….Damn….
