Judge tells Chris Brown to kick rocks

Aacording to TMZ.com, a California judge just shut down Chris Brown's request to postpone his upcoming hearing in the beating case of pop singer Rihanna.

The same judge also previously denied CB's appeal to throw out vital evidence against him, such as that leaked police evidence photo of Rihanna's bruises and cuts that turned up on TMZ.com.

Chris Brown's lawyer went to the California appeals court asking to put Brown's preliminary hearing on ice -- but we've learned the appeals court told him to pound sand.

Mark Geragos wants a hold on the case because of the leaks. The trial judge shut him down. So the prelim in the Rihanna beating is still on for June 22.

    Screw Rihanna! That chick aint innocent. They both are guilty. Someone needs to slap her ass for prancing around like everything is cool. What's done in the dark comes to the light and at some point down the road some other dude will pound on her ass cuz she looks like she talk a lot of smack & has a temper.     I've seen TOO MANY TIMES what men who are too free with their fist do to destroy women...so I can't get on "Team C-Breezy"...because if Rhi-Rhi was so off the chain...he should have stepped away from her...THAT'S A BIG BOY...and he beat her ass...simple as that...so he's gonna pay the piper...simple as that...and I HOPE he gets properly served...and get some help...because THIS is an issue...

    @Attymom I have never gotten smart with you..lol and I never said anything about your scriptures other than I liked them. I just dont use them to make a point. Other ppl have asked you about them as well but I didnt take that to mean they were knocking you or them just wanted to know if you operated like that 24/7.

    Again I say I never knew a lambo could hold so many ppl to witness him "beating her azz". She has moved on and everybody else needs to do the same. The media blew this up. They both can/should get any help they BOTH may need and keep it moving. This was an ISOLATED incident that I feel went to far on BOTH ends his name is Chris Brown not Osma Bin laden.

    Domestic violence is a real issue but I dont like how ppl want them to be the new faces of domestic violence after mutal combat.

    My husband and I have trained our sons not to hit girls.

    Now yesterday, I had to roll up to the summer camp because some little girl continuously hits my 7 year old son in the head. He has told the camp counselors and to no avail the lil chick keeps throwing blows. I spoke to a camp counselor yesterday and told her that I want the hitting to stop or else I am going to tell him to deck her right in her face. : - ) I will keep you updated on this matter.

    My motto is if you don't want to be hit, then don't throw a blow. Period.
