Hoodrats who live in public housing should agree to some form of birth control or get off public assistance. If the birth control methods fail, then forced abortions should be the rule. If you can’t support your children without public assistance then you don’t need to be giving birth period!
Having said that, this video made me sick to my stomach. It shows a couple of hoodrats ordering their 2-year-olds to assault each other. CPS should step in and evaluate these families right away. You can imagine what goes on when the camera is off.
