As the economy continues to show no improvement on its downward trend and president Barack Obama’s universal health care bill struggles in the Senate, only 44% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of his overall performance as president. According to the Rasmussen poll, that’s the lowest level yet measured for this president. Previously, his overall approval rating had fallen to 45% twice, once in early September and once in late November.
