Socialite Cassie has been officially “Amber Rosed” by the paparazzi. That means she’s a chick who gets attention from the paps for doing nothing at all. Cassie attended the Costume Institute Gala Benefit to celebrate the opening of the “American Woman: Fashioning a National Identity” exhibition at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC last night.

I wonder how music producer Jermaine Dupri feels about his former flame, Janet Jackson, finding love in the arms of an older man? Just like Halle Berry, Janet has awakened from her sexual hibernation and discovered that the world around her has changed and she’d better get with the program! Women no longer want to “settle” for younger guys with good looks. They want seasoned older men with healthy bank accounts who appreciate them more.

@Flo. some of their stuff looks decent, but I always think it’s going to fall apart after the first time I wash it. I think I bought a blouse for church from there one time, and that was only because it was 11pm on a Saturday and church started at 8am and I needed something to wear.

Citi trends or the 7 doller store may have a dress or top to wear out for one night (I like to call them disposable clothing because when u wash them its pretty much a rap because they tend to shrink or loose their shape significantly) when you dont wanna spend an arm and a leg and u want something new. U have to hand wash their ish to insure that it does not fall apart lol!

I love them too, but the one and only time I went in I was assulted by all the logo clothes and had to leave before I passed out (and it was stinky and packed) Southpole Babyphat HOD Coogi FUBU (yes FUBU) etc. I couldn’t even find anything with out a shiny logo on it!

@ ms. truth… yes I was suprised too, I went in to look for home decor and in the back of my store by the plastic plants they have seasonal clothes/shoes. I’ve been looking forever for a maxidress, but all the one’s I saw were too long, held it up and was like “hold up this might work”, it was only $10 so I figured I could pass it to my 5’6 sis if it was too long…. it was perfect, I went back and got 2 more! But it looks like they will get the little “pills” if washed more than once so beware. Also not all the clothes in there are cute a lot are grandma-ish!

Sandra, I’m starting to notice that you have a major problem with the swirl… Except when it’s a black woman swirling. Hell, you have a problem when brothers date light skinned women, but anytime a black woman gets with a white dude, you have no problem. Are you on the porch?
