The woman who fell into a mall fountain while texting on her cell phone has revealed herself. According to online reports, Cathy Cruz Marrero is the so-called “fountain lady” who is seen in a viral video falling head first into a mall fountain while supposedly distracted by her handheld device.
The video garnered millions of views on YouTube and other online video streaming websites.
But there’s more to the story: the woman works at the mall, which means she should have been familiar with the mall’s layout even with her eyes closed.
After taking a dunk in the fountain, Marrero showed up later that same day in court to answer to credit card fraud charges. It seems Marrero was charged with allegedly using a co-worker’s credit card to make purchases in the same store where they both worked.
In addition to that, Marrero has been arrested multiple times over the years for theft and other crimes. So it should come as no surprise that she hired an attorney the same day she fell into the fountain. She is now suing the mall for putting the fountain in her way while she was texting.
I wanted the video a few times, you can see her put her leg up. The Water Fountain is not “on” the floor, there is a ledge.
Maybe she needed a quick law suit for dental work. How the heck do you use co workes credit cards catch a case and still work at the same job, or any job around money ?

Ok..if I am understanding correctly,,,,she is not suing as a result of the fall. She is suing the store because the security video made it on You-Tube. And I also noticed that depending on what angle you are watching the video could make you think she feel intentionally. If you are watching from the angle of the camera facing her…she didn’t fall intentionally. However from the side angle it does look as if she raised her let to enter the fountain.

Jen and Eric went out with old friends of their’s who have been married for like 23yrs. I personally think both Eric and Jen are wrong. He was wrong for cheating and she was wrong for marrying him if she knew she couldn’t get past it. Makes me wonder if she didn’t go through with the wedding just to save face but for some reason, I think he would do better/right if she gave him half a chance. I’m with him though, who wants to stay with someone who keeps throwing negative shyt up constantly, how can you build anything positive from that.
In regards to his babies, have yall ever seen the baby they claim is his? He’s a cuties and he does resemble Eric, I saw it on Google.
