TONIGHT! Don’t Miss Guest Star Ice Cube On ‘Are We There Yet?’

From Executive Producer Ice Cube, hit comedy series Are We There Yet? is back with BRAND NEW, back-to-back episodes at 10p and 10:30p (ET/PT) on TBS.

First up at 10p is “The Gold Party Episode”, starring ice Cube; the Kingston-Pearsons family keeps the comedy coming! Since Suzanne (Essence Atkins) always leaves her wedding ring lying around, Nick (Terry Crews) decides to play a joke on her by taking it. But the joke is on Nick when he finds out her ring is a fake!

Should Nick tell his wife the truth about the fake ring he bought her? (WATCH a Sneak preview)

In tonight’s 2nd episode at 10:30p -“The Boy Has Style” – Nick and Suzanne suspect that the boy Lindsay (Teala Dunn) likes is not really her type. How will Nick and Suzanne handle the touchy situation of telling their teenage daughter that the boy she likes is just not that into her – or any other girl for that matter?

“The Gold Party Episode”, guest starring Ice Cube, was directed by Alfonso Ribeiro (Carlton Banks on Fresh Prince of Bel-Air) and written by Luisa Leschin.

“The Boy Has Style Episode” was directed by Ali LeRoi and written by Jacqueline McKinley & Antonia March.

It all starts TONIGHT at 10/9c on TBS!

I watch Teen Mom as well. I hate that both of these shows come on at the same time but thank goodness for DVR! I’ll be catching up on Teen Mom this evening.

The episode was ok, Mel finally told Derwin but only after Janay was about to do it. Derwin was going to divorce her but stayed with Melanie…Jason is bitter (because the Sabers let him go) and is sticking it to the Saber organization, Tasha Mack and Kelly are friends again….Janay is about to wipe Derwin out with child support and visitation days….that sucks…

The show was ok, next weeks show looks good though…

This show is alright, I guess.

To be honest, it lost me in the first season when they had the Father actually take the womans last name when they were married.

What a farce. On the strength of that alone I kinda don’t make a point to watch, or more like go out of my way to make sure to watch as I do with some other shows with strong Black casts.

Making a Black man weak by doing stuff like that only moves to bolster the marginalization of the few remaining Black men actually in marriage.
