FIRST LOOK: Jada Pinkett Smith Hears Wedding Bells on New Season of TNT’s “HAWTHORNE”

Jada Pinkett Smith’s medical drama “HawthoRNe” returns for a third season June 14 on TNT. From the looks of things, this will be the series’ most dramatic season ever as Jada’s “Christina Hawthorne” navigates a love triangle between “Detective Nick Renata” (singer/actor Marc Anthony) and on-again/off-again flame Dr. Tom Wakefield (Michael Vartan – “Alias”). Add to that a wedding and the fact that Christina is pregnant and you’ve got yourself a very juicy season premiere episode. Acclaimed actors Derek Luke (Antwone Fisher, Notorious) and Lauren Velez (“Dexter,” “New York Undercover”) round out the cast as well.

HAWTHORNE premieres Tuesday, June 14 at 10/9c on TNT.

@Bird NO MA AM back UP OFF my boo D Luke I LOVE him!! She was prg in the finale last year. I like her w/Marc Anthony her and the Dr don’t have any chemistry to me.

The show can be dry and slow at times but it improved since the 1st season to me.

I agree with you Jazzy its a good show. It really hit it’s stride in the second season with Vanessa Bell Calloway , but Jada’s character told that fine ass white doctor at the end of last season that she was pregnant if I’m not mistaken.
