Aspiring supermodel Ali Lohan, Lindsay Lohan’s gorgeous 17-year-old sister, is the subject of vicious rumors acusing her of having plastic surgery and starving herself to achieve a nimble runway figure.

Ali’s mom, dad, sister and reps have all rushed to Ali’s defense saying she has never had plastic surgery a day in her life. Big sis Lindsay is fed up with all the rumors and she’s not going to take it anymore.

Lilo took to her Twitter page last week to slam blogs and other media for picking on her sister.

“I love how haters pick on my sister yet every runway model is just as thin,” she tweeted from her Twitter account last week. “My sister is gorgeous and I’m so proud of her and her career!!!”

Lindsay also retweeted one of your auntie’s tweets defending Ali. We weren’t even aware until one of our loyal readers informed us that CNN’s Marquee blog mentioned Lindsay retweeting us. (Thanks MZN!)

But that hasn’t stopped the rumor mongers from putting in their 2 cents. Dr. Robert Rey, who’s had decades of experience tightening up the faces of Hollywood’s elite, said that in his professional opinion he thinks Ali has had some work done.

“It does appear as if she may have had a rhinoplasty [nose job],” said Dr. Rey. “Because in her photos now, her nose appears narrower and the tip more defined.”

But as Sandrarose.com readers are always quick to point out: weight loss can account for a nose appearing thinner and more chiseled.
