Cop killer Troy Davis will die for his crime tomorrow at 7pm. This morning, a Georgia parole board denied the 42-year-old’s petition for clemency, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
In making this decision, the parole board sent a strong message to criminals that one day they too will face the executioner if they take an innocent life.
Barring any last minute interventions by the US Supreme court, Davis will be strapped to a gurney at the state prison in Jackson, Georgia and administered a cocktail of lethal drugs that will cease his breathing and stop his heart at 7pm local time on Wednesday.
“It’s the wrong decision,” said one of Davis’ attorneys, Jason Ewart. “It’s a mistake.”
Davis’ attorneys had pleaded their client’s case to the parole board for three hours Monday. They claimed Davis would be sent to death under an “enormous cloud of doubt” about his guilt.
But a jury of Davis’ peers saw no such cloud of doubt in 1991 when they convicted the career criminal of shooting officer Mark MacPhail to death in Savannah, Georgia in 1989.
MacPhail, who was working a second job as a security guard, was shot to death as he went to the aid of a homeless man being attacked by Davis and Sylvester “Redd” Coles in a parking lot.
MacPhail was shot in the heart and face by a black man in a white shirt, according to witnesses. The officer died instantly before he could draw his weapon. Davis was wearing a white shirt that night.
Earlier that day, Davis was involved in the shooting of another man during a road rage incident. That victim survived his injuries.
On August 19, Coles, went to police and implicated Davis in MacPhail’s killing. That same evening, one of Davis’ sisters drove Davis to Atlanta in an attempt to evade arrest.
But those facts have been lost amidst all the hand wringing and protesting by Davis’s supporters.
Late Monday, Davis’ sister, Martina Correia, said the family was “just praying for a good outcome.”
“He’s guilty,” MacPhail’s widow, Joan MacPhail-Harris, said. “We need to go ahead and execute him.”
Did he ever really have a chance in America???
Wow….I’ve been just recently ready up on this story and I just don’t kow what to say…
Idk if Troy did it, but if there are so many doubts perhaps it’s not a good idea to kill this man until it is cleared but. Also, we all know it those small towns in GA, there was a lot of mess going on back in the day (including the present), so I think this was a bad idea. Everyone knows how the police operate, that’s why I stay away from their arses.
Sandra I asked you in another post what you thought about this story. Nevermind You put this story up after I asked…
yeah, never found weapon and no physical evidence. convicting based solely on eye witnesses is never a solid thing. im not here to say he Innocent, but in cases like these, life in prison is warranted. watch after he die, the real killer comes forward, or they find some evidence
Darn shame, i don’t think he’s guilty
for him and his family
OH H3LL NALL, I signed the petition Aweee H3LL Nall, This is messed up, that is blood on their hands,
YAH intervin with the people that is making this decision on this man life, ( to kill him) we are under GRACE, their is no more blood sheed , and eye for and eye and tooth for tooth, H3ll will be their portion, no one has the right to take another life, but we dont have the right to take one either, I hate this Judicial system, I am sorry for the office that was killed, but in that line of work, you know their will be a chance that you may not come home just like a soilder, who knows who really killed the officer, that is why I dont serve on these folks jury, AT ALL,
Ugh! I don’t believe he is guilty this makes me so :curse: angry! I
for his family. Smh this proves racism still exist!
oh well he had on a white shirt? he must be guilty
that statement just made it seem like that was a huge fact and that it proved something
sounds kind of what happened to the West Memphis Three….
Parole Board (3 whites and 2 blacks) = No Clemency!
They say the witnesses were coerced by police into pointing the finger at him and have come forward with the truth, this is sad
No physical evidence and witnesses who RECANTED their statements. That’s too much doubt to execute a man.
If he had killed some random person he wouldn’t have gotten capital punishment. I hate that America values the life of a cop more than mine…SMH
If you didn’t hurt a child, you don’t deserve to die. The death penalty is abused imo, killing a cop is horrible, yes, but it’s no worse than shooting a person who isn’t in law enforcement so why does one get death and the other get life??? Just asking. It seems to me that there is serious doubt in this case and that right there should cause this to be halted. They don’t have to release him, I don’t think anyone is actually asking for that, just don’t kill the man.
It’s been proven that an “eyewitness” against a black person hold more weight than physical evidence in study after study.
If you are black and someone says they “saw” you, that’s a wrap. The prosecutors don’t need to do anything else.
This may sound harsh, but I believe there should be two executed – Davis and Cole. If for no other reason, Cole is an accessory to the crime and deserves the same punishment as Davis. I really hope he served life in prison for his role.
Why were they attacking a homeless man?
What I read says that Coles was the shooter, not Davis.
Basically Coles got to the police first and probably got some sort of deal for ratting out Davis.
I can’t stomach this or any stories like this. Let me share something with you…..
My father (at 17 years old) was arrested and convicted for killing an off-duty officer when my mother was three months pregnant with me …. a judge overturned his conviction (but waited three days and dated the order for my 25th birthday).. My father is home now and we were always close as my first visit with him was at 2 weeks old and against the doctor’s wishes (and I saw him at least twice amonth after that) If Iowa had the death pentalty, where would we be?
I dont believe in the death penalty….who gives the court the power to kill someone….life in prison is just fine…
Another way to destroy the black man….
What a shame…I was born in FT. Stewart, GA and we lived in Hinesville (very early 80’s) when I was young and my parents were glad we got shipped back to Germany because they had problems with KKK and other racist trying to break into our house since were the only blacks in that neighborhood. My mom said we didnt have no problems after my dad came out shooting at one of them! I see not to much has changed…
reasonable doubt= no death…perhaps life in prison tho….Oh nevermind that Casey chick got off….Them bishes is racist! #pullingtheracecard!
This story is too hard to bear
We as a people will never have equal justice in this country and that makes me mad and sad as hells

I feel you…why is a cop’s life more important that ours??
@Whiteboi I watched the doc on the West Memphis Three and everything about that case was just bizarre. 2 of the 3 boys convicted admitted to killing the boys so that’s really where they f’ed up. But that’s still no excuse for the blatant disregard of the facts.
It’s sad the society we live in, NOBODY deserves to take another human life NOBODY, weather they are right or wrong, I’m leaving this post, so I dont get caught up on foolishness.
It is never about the prosecutor finding you guilty but you showing your innocence. They already convicted him because he killed a cop. He had no chance against that. They will only be satisfied if someone else admit to it and then they can kill them for it.
#May his soul rest in peace for the almighty as the last word.
I feel you…why is a cop’s life more important that ours??
*******************
It is not that a “cop’s life more important that ours??” Police officers put their lives on the line everyday to protect us and our communities. Therefore, I have NO LOVE for cop killers!!!!!! NONE!!!!!
The cop life is more important because they have proven them self and took an oath and you did nothing but was born into this world.

Sorry, hun. I didn’t see your comment.
@ spongebobfan:
he wasn’t guilty yet his sister drove him to Atlanta to escape arrest? Yeah, right. Why are we so quick to defend criminals?
I believe you should get prosecuted more for killing a cop as opposed to killing an average citizen. I also believe that cops should be prosecuted to the full extent when they break the law.
why most on death row didn’t do it? where’s the 1 who admitted to his crime? I wanna be his pen pal.
This is a situation that leaves you scratching your head. Is he saying he didn’t do it, or are we simply going off of 7 of jurors are now saying they were forced to make their decision?
Not saying other states don’t do it but the South is known for not giving a damn about black men on death row. Like @Man said, all it takes is “that black man did it”…it’s a sad state of affairs
But Aaron… what if, and it maybe a big what if to you, but what if they’re wrong and he dies for something he didn’t do?? He was convicted off witness statements and the word of someone who was committing a crime with him at the time. The witnesses have recanted, the other guy didn’t get the death penalty which means he copped a plea so his “testimony” is automatically suspect or at least it should be, and there is no other evidence tying this man to that crime. If they kill him and he’s innocent, that’s just the blood of one more black man on the state of GA’s hands. I get that cops put their lives on the line, I understand that, but to convict somebody w/o evidence JUST because you want to make someone pay for the death of a cop isn’t right either

I personally have never had a bad run in with the law. I see many people tell the horror stories of police brutality and I know it exists but there are also good cops out there. It’s never ok to stereotype an entire group based on the actions of a few. Just like blacks don’t like to be steretyped as ghetto, uneducated, and thugs.

@Sandra Oh I don’t think he’s innocent by any means.
I just don’t know if he was the shooter or Coles.
I just asked you about this on Twitter and you responded. You’re so cool sandra lol
Did the bullet from the traffic incident match the bullet that killed the officer?
I’m so confused how those facts, white shirt and traffic incident makes him guilty.
After you do after a crime can either help or hurt you. Him trying to flea spoke volumes to the juror and then parole board for they deny him a stay.
smdh @Honycoatd but you’re right
And I’m not defending cop killers, let me make that clear, I don’t support anyone who would take somebody’s life without even a second thought, especially over some nonsense like this, I just don’t feel that convicting someone to death in this case is right plus like I said I only support the death penalty in cases where children are harmed.
I personally have never had a bad run in with the law. I see many people tell the horror stories of police brutality and I know it exists but there are also good cops out there. I dont believe anyone’s life is more valuable than the next person’s life…I dont give a damn if you are a janitor, waitress, police, judge or the president…everybody’s life should be valued the same….HOWEVER I do believe that anybody in LAW enforcement should be held MORE accountable for their actions. Because they signed an OATH promising to uphold the law and to protect people. So cops that make side drug deal, fukk prostitutes, kill and or send innocent people to jail should be prosecuted to the highest degree. Living here in Chicago I see so man crooked cops doing bogus chit. They are a gang within themselves….and cops in the South are looking for a nigger to hang…I mean send to jail….
I can actually understand him trying to flee though, even if he didn’t shoot the cop, cause 1. He did commit a crime and he has a long rap sheet, hell most high speed chases are the result of someone get stopped for a traffic violation and being too scared to go back to jail. I don’t condone it but I understand and 2. any black man knows if you’re accused of killing a cop 9 times outta 10 you WILL be convicted and he knows GA has the death penalty… it didn’t help his case, and it was wrong and he was wrong but it doesn’t mean he deserves to die

wow lol … My feelings on the death penalty fluctuate. What about those who plead guilty to murder? Why waste funds/tax money allowing them to sit in prison??
I might get some angry comments but I am for the death penalty. Too bad they don’t do that anymore in France….
The crack head who stabbed my mom 12 times is in jail since 2004, he might get out in 5 o 6 years (instead of 12 years)… he had been arrested 4 times before for breaking and entering, beating up lonely women and spent around 6 months in jail, total…
I’m not looking for revenge. It will not bring my mom back… But at least, he won’t hurt or even kill anyone, again….

I believe in the death penalty. If you don’t value someone’s life don’t expect for anyone to value yours. So funny how people who take other lives with no problem in turn beg to have their life sparred.
I don’t know this story well enough to determine his guilt but I watch a lot of shows like First 48 and I don’t think a heartless killer should be clothed, fed and housed on tax payers dime. Likely including the family you destroyed.
Its all good till its your family that’s torn apart from a senseless crime.

So true
I absolutely agree with @man, he never stood a chance. There was a cop killed in Georgetown, DE, the defendant was a black man. There were two other occupants, one of the other occupants had more gun shot residue on him than the convicted black male and they sentenced him to death row and let the other guy walk(not black)…we just had another shooting in Newark, DE of a city cop by a white man, I am awaiting to see if he gets life or death…
I don’t know if the man in the above story did this but he surely had the wrong skin color to get a fair trial…JMO…
NOW DONT GET IT TWISTED I have no problem with cops I have a few friends that are officers of their law, and i respect them to the fullest, but they are here to serve you,
@Creamy Many Cops have prevented innocent people from being killed. Hell the oficer that Davis was convicted of killing got killed trying to protect someone else. So I guess we’ll have to agree to diagree on that one.

I just feel that anybody (except pedophiles) can be rehabilitated. Whether that occurs inside the jail or outside of it, whatever that’s up to the law and the jury, but none of us know what that person the state is about to kill is capable of or what will happen in the future so who are any of us to decide that someone else deserves to die
And I’ve had my family torn apart by violent crimes so it’s not that I don’t understand the pain a family goes through
And on the cops thing: Creamy I feel you, I’ve got some stories on that myself, that make me sick just thinking about it BUT I don’t judge all cops by another one’s actions even when I’ve met more than a few who’ve judged me just off the color of my skin when I’ve never committed a crime, and if any of you were to see me would know that I’m the least threatening person you’ll probably ever meet but whatever. Cops are human , some are good, some are bad, some are just whatever but that doesn’t mean their lives are worth more than others.
Human being needs rules and regulation and if we didn’t half of the worse would still be amongst us. Yeah innocent men get killed and serve time but what are we to do? Can’t just base things off how many supporters, tears or sad look one has? People need to stop letting their emotions come out on top when decisions needs to be made.

It sounds like you’ve had a bad experience with cops. All of them are not like that. In my opinion, cops are supposed to serve and protect however that doesn’t mean they should jump in front of a bullet or something similar because “to protect” is part of their responsibilities. Every occupation has their limits. That’s like asking the average 9-5 worker to stay 24/7 to help complete a task without overtime… I dont know about you but I would be like
even though as an employee, Im expected to help the company progress.
Not everyone has a conscience. We have alot of flucking animals disguise as human beings.

One of my best friends is a sheriff. I also have a friend that works for internal affairs. I don’t hate cops. I hate dirty ones. I’ve heard many horror storied from both of my friends about their own. Planting evidence to get a conviction, locking people down for 12+ hours without food to get them to confess to stuff. I’m sure there are great cops out there but we need to start holding the dirty ones accountable.
Vero, I am so sorry for your loss
@ Rene
Ok then I can agree with ya. I don’t like cops who just join the force so they can cover up their own wrong doings.
@Chiby But see that’s the thing, sociopaths/psychopaths don’t feel empathy, remorse, regret, etc. so a lot of them sit in jail and get kicks off of what they did. And why should I have to foot the bill for a person who is a danger to society? Do you know how much a year it costs to house one prisoner?
——
What we need to do is start learning from these prisons abroad. I watch Locked Up Abroad a lot and if folks in America were sujected to the prison conditions in other countries they’d think twice about ever going to prison. Hell, the prisons here are like a vacation. Internet, free meals, free health care, a bed, and clothes. If you want to see some brutal conditions tune into that show.

Did they do a comparison of the bullet used in the road rage against that of the fallen officer? I know one of the hardest thing to wash off is gun powder residue. When a gun fires, it back fires powder onto whomever shoots. Bath or no, you will find something if you look…

Totally agree, but the sad fact is alot of criminals are anti-socials, they feel no remorse, they are very entitled and only care about themselves. I work with inmates everyday and their main concern is that they are locked up, not about the families they hurt, their children they left behind, etc..There was this guy that just got sentenced to death row for stabbing an elderly woman 20+ times, I would see him out on the yard, talking to me like nothing ever happened, no shame no nothing…IMO the institutions in Delaware are a joke they just learn how to become better criminals…#endrant..
@ Mamacita
That won’t happen. America loves criminals…. feeding, clothing and give them rent free housing and chit.
Prisons in England are not joke… Australia is another place and lets not forget a small little island called Jamaica.
Cops are human , some are good, some are bad, some are just whatever but that doesn’t mean their lives are worth more than others.
___________________________________________________________
Right! But they should be held MORE accountable for their actions than regular citizens. There are a lot of cops that beat the chit outta their wives and nothing happens to them cause who is the wife gonna call. There are a lot of cops that fukk prostitutes, who is the prostitute gonna call?
There was an incident here where a cop got drunk at a pool hall and beat the chit outta this waitress who I think was trying to cut him off cause she felt like he had to many drinks….I dont even think that dude served anytime and all he got was a damn suspension…its chit like this that pisses me off.

the cops are not here to protect us, they are only here for after the dam crime has been commited , no one can stop a person from killing another person the only thing the cops do is come after the fact, so that is bullchit, when will people learn that it is not a Cop job to protect you, they are here to serve you, when was the last time a cop took a bullet for your family member, or stop a robber from killing a whole family ? after he has killed the whole family, please, or went in a bank and said to the robbers, let all them go in exchange for my life, NEVER, and NEVER will, they sit they happy trigger ass outside, and wait on somebody to come out, if they are here to protect, then lay your life down for mine. if I tell you my boyfried beat the mess outta me and said he will kill me, and all yall give me is peice of paper, like show him this when he comes back, GTFOHWTBS. I’ll be dead when that Nicca come back, real talk.. and NOW HERE COMES THE POLICE AFTER THE FACT AGAIN

It sounds like you’ve had a bad experience with cops. All of them are not like that. In my opinion, cops are supposed to serve and protect however that doesn’t mean they should jump in front of a bullet or something similar because “to protect” is part of their responsibilities. Every occupation has their limits. That’s like asking the average 9-5 worker to stay 24/7 to help complete a task without overtime… I dont know about you but I would be like even though as an employee, Im expected to help the company progress

yes it was out of anger, about what they did to me, and walked free, but i will let it go, all cops are not bad, some are but not all,
Chi, Creamy, : In jail, at least here, people have fun. They’re far from ‘rotting’. Their families can visit them pretty much all the time. The only visit I can pay my mom, would be on her grave.
This guy will get out in a few years, still young, certainly not ‘sober’ and might commit a crime again.
Last week,they arrested 6 people included 2 prison wards who were trafficking weed and crack inside the jail.
And the worse part, is when the inmates get out, they get an allowance for ‘reintegration’ !!! WTH
That may be my opinion because I was personally hurt….
And thank you every one for your kind words
and all this, on MY taxes

One of my best friends is a sheriff. I also have a friend that works for internal affairs. I don’t hate cops. I hate dirty ones. I’ve heard many horror storied from both of my friends about their own. Planting evidence to get a conviction, locking people down for 12+ hours without food to get them to confess to stuff. I’m sure there are great cops out there but we need to start holding the dirty ones accountable.

Mamacita : same here regarding the treatment the inmates get in jail. no real help but all the latest technology, equipments, education and everything….
@89, u have access to the inmates? If so, I got some cell phones I want to sell to them, $400 a pop, prepaid. You can add your fee on top. Let me know.

Have you ever noticed that most people who commit severe crimes have a criminal past? Jail doesn’t rehab people it just teaches them better crimes to commit. The person themselves has to want to change.
There was an episode of First 48 where uncle Junior killed the whole family including babies. One of the boys who was 9 and found with a knife sticking out his head survived. He testified against the uncle and I am happy Junior was found guilty and given the death penalty (he will die this year). He had already wasted tax payers dollars for close to 20 years.
@95, oooooohhhh so this explains why they’re mostly fat asses who eat donuts all day. I get it now. Some be fine as hell, I wont lie, but more times than not, you see a fat cop, big gut. He aint chasing nobody. He’ll shoot you, but wont chase you.
I thought that there could not be a inch of doubt in a capital punishment sentence. Didn’t several witnesses come forward with different stories . I also saw that one of the jurors in the original case was outside protesting on the side of Mr. Davis.
I don’t believe that this is justice. I believe that the parole board is trying to appease the family of the murdered officer. And this family doesn’t care whether Troy Davis is guilty, they just want to see a ninja die for their family member’s murder. This is upsetting.

Regardless to whom it is a life is a life. Period. If he did commit the crime putting him to death only sends him to the true judge and prince of peace…if he did not do it then may God forgive the state of Georgia and those responsible for making such decisions.
He may not be an innocent man as has been so quickly pointed out, but that doesn’t negate the fact that there is a lot of doubt surrounding his guilt for this crime. How do we not know he did not “flee” with his sister because of the man he allegedly shot earlier as opposed to the police officer? I for one know when its a high profile case the pressure is on to find and convict someone. We all know there have been cases later proven where innocent men have either been jailed or put to death for crimes they did not commit. Unsure regarding this case..but sounds like Georgia has spoken. Unfortunately or fortunately it is what it is.

(same for my abuser but that’s another story)….

Vero, I don’t know if you left the post or not but I want to first offer my sympathy and well wishes to you and your family. I’m sorry to hear it! Something similar happened to my mom but she did not die. She was attacked, and was shot in the chest w/a .357 magnum gun! I was 11 years old @ the time! The bullet is still in the lining of her lungs! She did not die, but she did go into cardiac arrest numerous of times and almost died! Now, the perp was caught and was sentenced to a short stint in jail as well! Of course, he should not be executed by the state because he did not kill MY mother, BUT if I could ever get my hands on him, only GOD will be able to stop me, because I’m gunning for his azz! He only cared about his on selfish needs, not wondering if maybe she had a child, a mother, brothers & sisters that loved her, needed her, would suffer w/o her presence! THOSE ARE MY FEELINGS and I don’t care how ANYONE else feels about it! He almost took the most precious thing in my life, outside of GOD! Then, once I became an adult, AFTER he was let out of jail, I ran into his brother @ a local bar. He kept staring @ me and finally had the audacity to walk up to me and ask me “don’t I know you from somewhere???” I FUGGN’ LOST IT! I was like “bish you know exactly where you know me from. You sorry excuse for a brother tried to murder my mother!” I straight tried to go upside his head w/a bottle but security got him outta there. AND DID YOU KNOW THIS FOOL HAD THE NERVE TO LAUGHT!!! I remember during the trial for my mom’s murderer, the guy had this dumb smile on his face the whole time. His lawyer and his brother/sisters tried to make him appear to be retarted.
My attorney just tricked him and even the judge and the audience had to laugh because it was clear he was pretending.
I was so upset. he or his family never apologized for the pain they caused. Only his attorney said a few words to me…. i have left the town I grew up because of these people. I don’t want to run into them. I don’t know how I would react. After almost 8 years I’m still missing my mom like crazy

Than your “thinking” isn’t the best. That’s EXACTLY what people do. AFTER an incident has occured, people call the police for them to complete paper work.
You think the bank goin call the police BEFORE they are robbed?
You think a woman calls the police BEFORE they ol man/lady beat they azz?
It’s all AFTER the fact… and the police
1. file the paperwork
2. gather (plant) evidence for the prosecution
3. issue citations where they can to generate revenue for the city
That’s it. NO “protecting” going on.

Darn VERO & TATTED sorry to hear this, too sad
I have OES sister’s whose grand daughter was shot standing in a crowd. The shooter was trying to shot at a rival gang member and missed and hit the lil girl. she was only 14. NOW everybody in the crowd saw him shoot, but he got off cause his defense was that he wasnt the only one in the car and what they THOUGHT they saw they didnt…Plus after scarying the hell outta several witnesses they recanted their stories. He has fled to Michigan somewhere cause he knows that if he EVER comes back to the Chi he a dead man.
Fukked up part is that his parents live directly across the street from my OES sister. So she has to get up EVERY morning and see the parents of the shooter who killed her granddaughter. They have never came to say they are sorry on their son’s behalf or nothing….
I saw the Uncle Jr. episode. That chit turned my stomach. He was jealous and envious….PLAIN & SIMPLE! He sounded as if he should’ve NEVER got his azz out of jail for the 1ST homocide he committed!
Trose.. honestly, I thank God everyday that I still have my mother and never lost her to a violent crime but I’ve lost other relatives and as much as I hate, HATE, the sons of bitches who did it, no they don’t deserve to die by the state. For one, that death is too simple and too easy for them, I’d be more satisfied if nature took it’s course, whether that be a natural death behind bars, an illness or a violent one makes me no difference. And my father, unfortunately, died a worse death than any murderer could ever deal out so
nothing could compare to the death I watched him die. I understand where you’re coming from though. Somebody on twitter said “I would support capital punishment on purely moral grounds but human application of it is frighteningly imperfect so I’m anti death penalty” and I get that although I’m not fully anti death penalty since I do feel it applies in certain cases but I get it and maybe I would be more understanding and supportive of it in cases like this if I felt that it was being applied correctly and justly… and I understand they are here to protect us but not all of them do, I called on my husband once and after treating me like I was lower than dog shit, they left me in the house ALONE with him and my child, I had to leave and file charges in a different city and was told by the officers where I filed that the division I was in are just lousy ass police officers, or the times (2) where I was detained, searched and humiliated for standing in front of my job, or being handcuffed and searched by a male officer who knew I wasn’t holding anything up under the little bit of clothes I was wearing and then let go with a “warning” when I hadn’t done anything but walk down the street at the wrong time in broad daylight while they had other black youths in custody, or the one who detained me because he felt I fit the “description” of a runaway even AFTER he ran my license and knew I was of age with no criminal record and trust me there are more, mind you, I’ve never been in trouble, have never committed a crime or done anything wrong. So while I know there are some great officers out there working to protect people from crimes, there are so many others who disgrace the rest and cause people like me to not trust them. But I would never disrespect a cop (unless I was disrespected first) or knock them for doing their job

I believe that certain people forfeit their right to continue to live depending on the scale and scope of the crime they committed. If someone hurt my children or any child, for example, they should die. Period.
However, I can’t say that I believe in the death penalty cause it’s dependent on a flawed system run by flawed people with various agendas not about providing justice.
I’m from Chicago and have seen firsthand the corruption and abuses of power but I am not against all cops. That is like saying you hate the troops cause you’re against war. I say hate the system that supports the bad ones instead of throwing them all in the sht pile.

Alot of people underestimate me…thinking I can’t fight but I don’t just bounce on people. I am a logical person and I rarely act just out because of my feelings and emotions. I am always thinking of ways to fuck you up and not suffer chit with you.
@ Hony – I’ve been fortunate, in the past, to have only had scratches to my neck….because I was choking @ girl w/a belt during a fight and she was trying to get me to let up! Thing is, I’m never the agressor. I’m always the cool type. People on this site can even attest that I don’t get upset! I think one time I was typing in CAPS and everybody was like “what, Tatted is yelling!” I’m a good person. Cool w/everyone. But I’m short – 5’2 and girlie, and people mistaken that, on a reg for weak! Then they start making mistakes, calling me out, taunting, etc…..
#MISTAKES!
My worse fight is when a chick tried to pull out my hair and it wasn’t coming out like she wanted to so she bit me in my head. That chit hurt so bad
chibytex says:
Hony – I don’t think you were on the site yet, but I shared w/a group of them that my best friend and her mother (my mom’s best friend) got killed by serial killers named Alton Coleman and his girlfriend Deborah Brown
________________________________________________________
What was the motive? (Just curious)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
There was no motive….they were serial killers. Killed their way through Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, etc. They were executed in Ohio (where I am from & live) because we don’t play when it comes to fryin a bish!
@TATTED
Will you come out of retirement if I need someone “taken care of”?
#InnocentQuestion
Tatted says: I’ve been fortunate, in the past, to have only had scratches to my neck….because I was choking @ girl w/a belt during … and she was trying to get me to let up!
I like where this is going
I’m taller than you :p I am 5’3 and super girly too and people always think that I wouldn’t fukking karate kick and ninja chop a biatch.
@ AL – what I need, daddy????
Tatted is a Taurus…..and once provoked its over….
@ Yso
You setting Tatted to give Man a azz whooping for you.
@ YSO – I said I was REFORMED, not retired! I’m only a typed message away if you need me!
This year on my birthday, I was @ the liquor store, getting my marinated gummy bears & fruit ready and bishs’ wanted to start! They see makeup, short, etc….IT’S A MISTAKE ON THEIR PART! Needless to say, nothing happned!
#REFORMED
@TATTED 35??????
bish u is lookn gooder than a mugg i never wuda thunk it
@ Tatted you need this 8==========)— <——– Its like medicine
@ Chiby – they don’t know what Taurus means!
I just remembered 2 cousins died last year in England #gangchitchildrendo
I grew up with boys and my father so I can be super aggressive but I try to excuse people and chit because I will go bat fuk crazy but
I don’t wanna I love my freedom too much and looking out little windows are not my thing plus those colors for the rest of my life #ican’t
@ CFree – thank you baby! I’m actually 36! *blushing hard*
The last physical fight I had was with my aunt right after the kids had been placed with me. I ended up choking her and trying to crack her head open after she pulled a knife on me.
#NotAKillerButDontPushMe
I get that….it’s just not of the flesh persuasion!
<— fake semen!
Im talking bout me and you making a mess and passing out
@ YSO & Hony – I’m very mindful, thoughtful and I think of ALL consequences. Even though I’ll fight you, it takes a lot to get me there! IT REALLY DOES! I really do have to be provoked first!
PLUS, here in Ohio, the prison colors are orange, and only if its eyeshadow or lipstick, I tend to not fuck w/those colors!
#SHORT&ROUNDDON’TLOOKGOODW/ORANGE!
@HONY
Nah. Man would actually enjoy that too much.
@ Yso
Oh lawd… My sister fought my mum before and my mum is so dramatic and lied to get my sis arrested. My mum is not someone I adore.
TATTED
@AL’s “offering”
Taurus clit is too!
I left this post til I saw this,
the cops are not here to protect us, they are only here for after the dam crime has been commited , no one can stop a person from killing another person the only thing the cops do is come after the fact, so that is bullchit, when will people learn that it is not a Cop job to protect you, they are here to serve you, when was the last time a cop took a bullet for your family member, or stop a robber from killing a whole family ? after he has killed the whole family, please, or went in a bank and said to the robbers, let all them go in exchange for my life, NEVER, and NEVER will, they sit they happy trigger ass outside, and wait on somebody to come out, if they are here to protect, then lay your life down for mine. if I tell you my boyfried beat the mess outta me and said he will kill me, and all yall give me is peice of paper, like show him this when he comes back, GTFOHWTBS. I’ll be dead when that Nicca come back, real talk.. and NOW HERE COMES THE POLICE AFTER THE FACT AGAIN
————————————————————-
I can say and know law enforcement HAVE and CONTINUE to protect me!!!
There are lots of crimes thawted because of the “cops”.
@ Tatted
oh we talm bout fighting now
@Tatted (this is way :offtopic:)
I know that you stated that you used to date men…what happened to make you start to only exclusively date females? And would you ever date men again?
@ AL – when and where you wanna meet to get this over and done with! I must warn you though, YOU WILL BE SPRUNG! nary a man or woman could resist the cotton candy!
if i weren’t saving myself for marriage i’d prefer virgo peen
I have never been in a fight that counts, I got in a scuffle back with I was 8 or 9, I was a chubby girl and by best friend thought it was cool to call me fat in front of a crowd so I busted her upside her head right quick and she ran home….Other than that folks have left me alone. I’m 5’9 without heels and I love to wear heels so that dang near put me at 6 ft. I workout alot so I always get asked when the next game is (since I looked like I play basketball) and I’m told that other then when I smile I walk around with that dont mess with me face
CANDI!!
Does your friend Fandice have any good stories you can share?
@ Chiby – of course I use to date men. There are not many women, who are lesbians, who have not! I always knew I was attracted to girls. Just knew not to say anything! I dated men…was even close to marrying one but I needed to be true to myself and the more I was not, the more “not happy” I became and my mother started to notice a difference in my demeanor as far as me not being happy! So, I chose to be HAPPY and I didn’t care what ANYONE had to say or feel about it! I come from church, I’m OES for Christ sakes. I was one of the directors for our MASS choir, I was a member of the praise team, etc. etc. so I’m well versed w/Christ! Luckily, I have a mother, who is a minister, and believes that God is love!
Would I ever date another man……HEYUL NO! I pray often (real talk) that if I am chosing to never live this life again, to please put celibacy on me. I’ve seen some rotten, hoe type mess men do….the ones who claim straight! Yes, lil’ gay boys LOVE them….then they go right back to their families!
@TATTED
The only thing that keeps me out of prison is that I’m just too cute and innocent to ever make it through.
@Topic…I rly dnt know what 2 think about this..
Last real fight I got into was some years ago. Me, my brother’s then roomate and some more folks were chillin, drinking, watching the game. Me and my then girl was lightweight into it so she walked past and said some slick shit and I brushed it off. My brother’s roomate I guess was trying to speak for me and said some slick shit to her. Wrong answer. I ended up chokin dude up and threw him down the basement steps. I went down in the basement where dude was folded up and me and my girl stomped him out. Then I blacked out and the next thing I know I was sittin on a police car tellin them what happened. I was surprised they didn’t arrest me because dude had to go to the hospital and he was yt. My brother was mad at me for a while because he said I went too far.
Hell-to-the-know.
@Tatted: Sorry to hear what happened to your mom. I remember you sharing the story about your friends being murdered. Too much sadness for one person but you seem to have stayed whole. Your kindness shines through your words and actions on the board
the only person who has the right to take a life is OUR LORD HIMSELF. I pray for the souls of those who made the decision to kill this man. And I pray for those ((side-eye)) who sit in judgement with there over animated opinions.
No I went to Belair then Bishop Gibson High. My grandmother graduated from St. Hilda’s though…
My cousin went to Holy Childhood.
My mothers entire side of the family is from St. Ann!
Will NOT be speaking to YALL anymore until I found out what the look is!!!
@ Yard – thank you. My mom is a survivor…a great woman. A great woman of GOD! THAT shines through me…thanks for the kind words….I’m glad you feel I’m a positive, kind person…..I’m sure there are some that dont!
My mum family is from St. Ann. and St Elizabeth. Where there is she from in St. Ann?
why did i just buy a 3 lb tub of M&M cookie dough from the lady at work
she’s lucky i like her bc i don’t buy stuff from folks at work when they’re sellin it for their kids
And I pray for those ((side-eye)) who sit in judgement with there over animated opinions.
Are you really going to pray for them though?
You have to speak to me now because I told you (270)… The look changes daily though depending on what we’re talmbout
@Candi
How come?
Welp, I guess His is searching for NYC’s finest cloth to make my suit in. One can only wish….
twin i never used to eat raw cookie dough til i tried it a few months ago with some chocolate chip cookie dough…i probably only baked like 5 cookies
also, if i ever have kids and we make brownies or cake they are not allowed to lick the bowl or spoon (that’s my job)
@ Candi
We use to make sure to help our grandmother baking so we can get the bowl and spoon #dead@memories
St Ann’s Bay…My grandfather’s family owned a supermarket there and my grandmother’s sister was the head of the hospital there.
I went to an all girls high school…I wasn’t bad though..
i feel like i saw a pic and i didn’t think u were black.
i mean i could be imagining this in my head.
but u do ‘type’ black (whatever that means i can’t really explain it) and *whispers* type like ur good in the sack
@hony my mom is nervous about a lot of stuff and wouldn’t let us because it had raw eggs in it
@Hony It wasn’t the liquor (maybe for him it was), it was the princibality. I can check my girl, YOU can’t. Alot of dudes can’t tuck their nuts in after they done put em out there even if they figure out mid-way that they’re dead wrong. That’s when bad things happen. I blacked out out of sheer rage, I didn’t get hit or anything. :thinks:
Ok my mum family is from there too and Claremont. I think half of that place is related to her. She comes from a pretty large family. It wouldn’t surprise me if there is a possibility we are related. I have meet a few family members online.
Why when my mom travels to Jamaica she brings back her luggage full with stuff they should have stopped her at the airport with. My children keep bothering me every minute to warm some breadfruit in the oven for us.
@ PAHairston – I’mma read up on that! Thanks for the tip. Read about Alton Coleman & Deborah Brown….they killed my best friend & her mom…their last names were Temple from Toledo, OH.
I’m sick of liberals coddling criminals. As soon as they’re convicted and given the death penalty they should be allowed 60 days to appeal. After that, set the execution date and then throw the switch.
Well they are executing one of the white men who dragged James Byrd to death in Texas tomorrow. It a racially motivated crime.
We’ll see if he gets a stay
That is a rumor about Troy shooting somebody else that night in addition to the cop. There is way to much doubt in this case. Him running doesn’t mean he is guilty just scared as he should have been look at him now he knew he was going up the river w/o a paddle regardless.
I have always felt there are way more innocent ppl in prison than the gen public wants to admit sadly.
I am ANTI death penalty
