Sandrarose.com was the first to spill the tea that local club promoter Omar “Slimm” White and his fiancee, actress Vivica A. Fox, were no longer an item.
On Oct. 19, a little birdie whispered in our ear that Slimm and Aunt Viv were no longer following each other on social networking website Twitter.com. So we called Slimm for confirmation that same day.
At first Slimm acted surprised. Then he dismissed the rumor, saying, “Everything is fine.” Still, the rumors persisted. So we mentioned the break up in this post on Oct. 24.
Slimm finally confirmed the rumor yesterday — but not to the urban blogs that supported him all this time and even helped promote his parties here in Atlanta. He runs to a random gossip blog that nobody’s ever heard of.
We put the blame on Vivica for not knowing that, at her age and with her money and status, no young man wants to date her for her looks or her personality.
Why muddy the waters with talk of commitment and having babies when you know the relationship is purely physical?
And she said a reality would curse this relationship
The first sign should’ve been when she purchased her own “jewelry!”
Now everybody knows his name.
He was just not that into her. The body language was all she wrote.

I ain’t mad at him for that… As for Vivica’s choice to date someone so considerably young and try to have a life-long relationship is a kinda delusional on both parts. I agree with Sandy in that it appears to have been purely “physical.” I wish them well though…

Dating younger men than myself is what I do. I don’t see anything wrong with it. I think Slimm kept having nightmares about that movie “Saw” and that was the deal breaker.

My kid forced me to sit through a couple of episodes of that Joan/Theo show, Reed between the lines. And Lela Rochon was on there with Leon. Wtf? I almost didn’t recognize her. She has gained some weight.

I tried Anna! I really did. Tracee still “acts” like Joan on this show. Just with kids and a husband. Theo is sexy of course, but I just can’t see him as a dad. He’s trying to pull his “Bill Cosby” out, and I’m just not connected. Now when he was doing Malcolm and Eddie, I didn’t see him as Theo. He was Malcolm.
