Whitney Houston’s daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, is back in Atlanta grieving for her mother in the townhouse the two once shared.
“She’s doing okay,” an unnamed source close to the family told People.com. “She’s still obviously got a lot to deal with, but she’s doing a little better each day, and being back home in Atlanta seems to be a good thing.”
Houston, 48, was found unresponsive in a bathtub, her face partially submerged under water, police said. An autopsy revealed there was a little water in Houston’s lungs. But not enough to cause her death.
Houston reportedly died from a deadly mixture of anti-anxiety drugs and alcohol in her system.
Bobbi Kristina, 18, was crushed by the sudden death of her mother. She was transported twice to a LA area hospital for treatment of anxiety and panic attacks in the hours following Houston’s death.
According to the NY Daily News, Brown is now under the watchful eye of Warren Boyd, the sobriety coach behind A&E’s Benjamin Bratt drama “The Cleaner.”
“He’s been by her side through everything,” a source told Showbiz411.com. “Bobbi Kristina is being watched like a hawk, don’t worry.”
“(Bobbi Kristina) is a strong girl,” Houston’s former stylist, Ellin LaVar, told People after doing the teen’s hair for the family’s private wake Friday.
“I think with support she will make it through this,” LaVar said.

I started feeling so sick like I over ate, but I didn’t even eat much I couldn’t lay on my back or stomach and I turned on my side and started to hurl something serious.. My thoughts and prayers go out to her in full force. I don’t know how I would be able to handle a loss like that. My grandfather isn’t doing to well, but he’s old so it’s somewhat expected when your over 70, but to suddenly lose someone so close has to be hard.

I lost my mother at 20 so I know the feelings she is going throug, although I lost mine to cancer, its still the same raw emotional feelings that you have that your mother is no longer hear to protect you. I hope she has a circle of loving, caring people around her that truly has her interests at heart because she is going to need it at such a young age she is still very impressionable. I would love for her to go to school but thats just my personal opinion, she needs to stay far away from the entertainment industry.

She is doing good to be able to stay in the home she shared with her mother. My mom died back in 2007 and I still can’t step foot in the house. It just feels like my mother should be walking around the corner.

Those are the things (avocado and salsa) that I like least about authentic Mexican food. I think tomatoes are especially disgusting.
Never had chipotle but I heard they are good. I love Chic Fil-A have one around the corner from me. The owner of the franchise is a devote Christian so none of the stores are open on Sundays so I get mine on Fridays and Saturdays lol.

@ candi – GIRL, I HAVE THAT PROBLEM ALL THE TIME! I can NEVER go into MAC for just one thing. Soooo, I tries to stay my azz up outta there. The sick part is, you know you can take the pigmented eyeshadows, mix it w/clear lipglass and that is how they make their lip colors. With that being said, you can have access to all the lip colors, even making your own by doing that!

It’s hard to say…but can give you several on if it didn’t
1. He drops you off and doesn’t really stop long enogh for you to get out of car
2. Shakes your hand or gives you a dap, instead of a hug or kiss
3. When you say I had a good time, he responds. Yeah getting my teeth pulled would have been better.
4. Last but not least if you ask him if ya’ll hanging out again, he says no I’m getting back with ole girl.
@ Ryan – just eat them fresh. Slice them open and put them w/something like a taco that has salsa and cheese, etc. That will POP the taste for them. It took a long time for me to eat them. Once I started…I CANNOT STOP! AND they are good for your skin & eyes!

It wasn’t till after they saw footage of the men on the gay guys phone. I am assuuming some dirty things was on that phone, because the gay activist said men that were on the downlow. 
I picked up some gucamole chips the other day…they were in the produce section…really authentic and fresh…There was only one package left. Folks come over my house asking for some and I refuse to share…the place where I got then stay sold out!
I heard someone mention MAC above. I used to love their makeup but it broke me out something terrible. I started using bare minerals and ever since then my skin has been flawless
plus it lasts longer in my opinion

@Cali @Naija and @lovezoe Okay here is the thing…I had fun on the date but he talked most of the time…I might have got 2 words to his every 100. He dropped me off and waited for me to get inside my house but there was no kiss, hug or dap. Hell it took him 4 days to finally ask me of I had a good time

I used to laugh at my cousin because after she had her daughter and she and her BD split she hasn’t dated since, agoing on 7 years ago. Anyways, I can totally understand her now. I’m seriously thinking about swearing off men until I get my career and education back on track (the next 7 or 8 years or so). Do you all think its’ a bad idea?

Honestly, I know there are good men out there but man the pickings are very slim. I’m considering doing it myself. My problem is I already finished school and am pretty well off at my career. I workingon my masters based on the simple fact that my job pays for it, I come from folk that don’t turn down NATHAN that is F-R-E-E. So basically I’m bored, I dont have any kids to keep me busy

@Cheeks, I can totally understand that. Since having my daughter my view of the world has completely changed. I was with her dad for some years before we had her and after I had her I don’t know if he actually changed or if my perspective of him changed, but either way I had to cut him loose. But I’m just not mentally or spiritually ready to get back into the dating world yet and right now my focus needs to be on finishing up these last two semesters of college and going from there.

She’s turning out to be a beautiful young lady. Looking more like her mother, the eyes, forehead, lips. Good for her, I hope she has a bright furture in front of her.
No matter what age you are it is difficult to lose a parent. I just lost my dad 2 years ago and I can honestly say I am still grieving his departure. I am glad that Bobbi K has someone to truly look out for her and hopefully keep all of the negativity from coming her way.
That she makes it through this.
Wow, she got the OG of Sober coaches..he is more like the Sober police. He will put her on lockdown. Very serious about his business and has watched over most of the A list addicts. God Bless Bobbi Kris.
