Blogger Perez Hilton reports that a source confirmed the ostentatious purchase.

“The Bombardier Challenger 850 has a flash interior including a cream leather living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and two bathrooms… Beyoncé thought this would be the perfect way to show Jay how much of a great dad he is.”

Every sex offender where I live has a P.O., they have to report any type of changes and if not, they asses is going in the paper for failure to report…The po-po’s also hand out notifications so everyone in the neighborhood is alerted…someone also mentioned the registry..they have another website where you can see the ones living in your neighhborhood…I think the Polly Klaas case got alot of people on the ball now concerning sex offenders, are there still flaws, yes, but it is getting better…

@Bootcampgirl are you on the east coast? Growing up in southern cali they are understaffed seriously and P.O.’s are stretched too thin and the dep’t doesn’t have the resources. So while they may not report on time it sometimes takes them weeks and/or months to catch up with these guys.

They solve all of this if they swapped the mandatory sentencing BS w/ drugs and put pervs in for much longer periods. Most of them have repeat offenses which further proves they can’t be rehabilitated IMHO
