Rapper Bow Wow finally has a verifiable source of income so he can catch up on his child support payments. I’m just kidding. Bow Wow and Houston native Miss Mykie were named co-hosts of BET’s longest running music video program 106 & Park following the departure of longtime co-hosts Rocsi Diaz and Terrence J.
Bow Wow and Miss Mykie will share hosting duties with Ashanti lookalike Paigion and Soulja Boy lookalike Shorty Da Prince.
Bow Wow, 25, earned the nickname “Mr. 106 & Park” due to his frequent appearances on the youth-oriented show over the years.
AS I told you last month, Miss Mykie was being groomed by BET to take over the hosting duties, according to a well-connected industry insider.
But BET didn’t want you to know that. They wanted you to believe that Miss Mykie was auditioning for the part alongside other hopefuls, when in reality she already had the gig.
Here are a few Fun facts about Miss Mykie: she’s an AKA. Up until a few months ago she was a school teacher, but she still managed to build a buzz that garnered her 1 million YouTube hits. She’s a feminist with a twist (she believes women should uplift their men).
Her first single and video, “Dear Hater” garnered quite a buzz for the new artist.
She has released 5 projects (mixtapes and EP’s) with collaborations with Snoop Dogg, Rick Ross, Drake, Paul Wall and Kirko Bangz, just to name a few. Congrats to the new hosts!

I think Bow Wow hosting the show is a good look for him, however, they should’ve only had one woman hosting with him…I’m not feeling the 4 of them…I watched a lil bit of the show last night and they don’t mesh well together…
I find BET boring, I thought I was missing out on something so I got it with my subscription over her and I thought the US version was different to the UK version but come to find out it was all the same. The most I watch is Licence to Grill and American Gangster.

Ok did a quick Google: Paigon and Soulja lookalike were “roving reporters” for 106 and Park and they were saying Paigon was gone be the new host LAST year. Were these people even in the Donald for auditions? I don’t watch the show.
