A gunman is dead and at least 2 students are injured following a school shooting near Seattle, WA.

CNN is reporting “multiple people have been shot” inside a cafeteria at Marysville-Pilchuck High School.

Seattletimes.com reports a student who opened fire on other students is dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

CNN aired footage of students being led from the school. Hundreds of students and teachers are still on lockdown inside the school.

CNN still has not reported on the death of the shooter.

Initially students thought the shooting was a fire drill. Local officials held an emergency drill at the school on Thursday.
