Rap mogul T.I. aka Tip stopped by daytime TV talk show ‘The Real’ to promote his new album, Paperwork, which is in stores and on iTunes now.
T.I. tackled such pressing issues as the negativity on social media and the pesky rumors surrounding his solid marriage to the mother of his kids, former Xscape singer Tameka Tiny Harris.
In response to why he and Tameka are equally yoked after 14 years together, T.I. said: “I mean man, she was probably just as crazy as me in some ways. You know, I live a very ridiculous life. So, you know, she wasn’t intimidated by that. I think that’s probably what it was more than anything.”
On the negativity on social media:
“I don’t even understand what the shade is… What I get from social media is that’s people who have the luxury of being nobodies. They can just comment on stuff. They don’t have any kind of, you know… Ain’t nothing really linking their comments back to them. So, they can make a negative comment today and then turn around and make a positive one tomorrow and nobody’s holding them accountable. So, I don’t pay that no mind any way.”
Don’t Forget to pick up your copy of #Paperwork today (Oct. 21) and Tweet or Instagram a photo of your album or receipt to @TIP with the hashtag #Paperwork for a chance to win one of the goodies on T.I.’s receipt!
Up for grabs is a 60″ SONY LCD TV, a SONY Blu-Ray player, a sound system and sound bar, tickets to an Atlanta Hawks game, T.I.’s album Paperwork and more! No purchase is necessary to win.
