Members of the ‘Black Lives Matter’ movement were rocked by allegations that BLM leader Shuan King lied about his race.
King lied to TV Guru Oprah Winfrey, telling her his father was black. Oprah gave him a full scholarship to Morehouse College in Atlanta — a scholarship that could have gone to a less fortunate black man.
“Oprah Winfrey paid my way through Morehouse,” King boasted in his Daily Kos diary in 2014. “The leadership scholarship that I received from her is why I have a college degree today.”
So far, Oprah has not commented on the growing scandal, but Morehouse College is distancing itself from him.
An investigative blogger named Vicki Pate uncovered King’s birth certificate that clearly shows his father is a white man.
Breitbart.com interview King’s brother, Russ King — who is also white — and he confirmed their father is white.
Comparisons are being drawn between King and former NAACP head Rachel Dolezal — a Caucasian woman who still “identifies” as a black woman.

Head of the investigative blog “Re-NewsIt!,” [Vicki] Pate has been assembling forensic accounts of King’s personal background and family tree.
She alleges that King’s birth certificate, which was obtained by Breitbart, shows a birth date of September 17, 1979 in Versailles, Kentucky and lists his father, Jeffery Wayne King, as being white, not black like he has claimed before in the past.
Pate charges that a man with the same [name] as King’s dad has been the subject of multiple arrests in the Bluegrass State and can be seen in his mugshots as being clearly Caucasian.
People are angry at narcissistic, self-centered scam artists like King and Dolezal who use their white privilege to subjugate black culture for their own selfish reasons.
This sort of treachery will continue as long as black people continue to refer to biracial and mixed-race people as black.
