Gossip tabloids National Enquirer and Radar Online paid top dollar for photos of an unresponsive Lamar Odom at Nevadas’s Love Ranch.
Apparently the brothel’s prostitutes were more concerned with taking photos of Odom than calling 911 and getting help for him. There are also reports that a mystery man cleaned out Odom’s room before help arrived.
The blurry cell phone photos show Odom “covered in blood” and barely breathing after he overdosed on cocaine on Tuesday.
Odom was rushed to a local Las Vegas hospital in critical condition. He has since been upgraded to stable condition and transferred to a Los Angeles facility by helicopter.
Several strokes left Odom partially paralyzed and unable to speak. He is also on dialysis for kidney failure. He faces a long, hard road ahead in rehab.
From Gossip Cop:
“In a bombshell exclusive, the National Enquirer obtained these photos and provided them to Radar — as well as to the local authorities, who will use them as crime scene evidence to aid with their continuing investigation into the incident,” writes RadarOnline, seemingly attempting to gloat about its supposed involvement in the police case. The honorable thing would’ve been to share them with law enforcement and then that’s it, not hand them over and then plaster them across the internet.
RadarOnline even adds, “For more chilling photos, pick up the latest issue of the National Enquirer on Wednesday!”
