NFL great and Friend of the Blog Deion Sanders is breathing a sigh of relief after his latest court victory in the ongoing child custody battle with ex-wife Pilar Sanders.
Sanders won a $2.2 million judgment against Pilar in a Texas courtroom this week. In addition to the multi-million judgment, the judge ordered Pilar back to jail for a week on January 8th.
Pilar reportedly committed numerous violations in her custody agreement.
"It's been too long… it's just been crazy," said Deion in a phone call to Sandrarose.com.
"It's all good. We're thankful. We won," he added.
Deion said Pilar couldn't answer the judge's basic questions about her source of income or who is paying the lease on her Fort Worth home.
As far as her love life is concerned, Pilar is apparently no longer dating Baby of Cash Money Records.
"I don't think that [relationship] was real. It was just a dream," said Deion, who was granted full custody of his sons and joint custody of his daughter last year.
Deion said he prays Pilar will move on with her life. "You can't show out or you're going right back [to jail]", he said.
As for his future plans, Deion said riding the NY Subway is next on his bucket list.
The former NFL superstar was tapped for an all-male The View-style daytime television talk show that will focus on pop culture and social issues that affect America. The show will premiere in December or January.
That's a good look for Deion!
