Songbird Teyana Taylor is blessed with good genes. The 25-year-old new mom gave birth to her 1st child, Iman Tayla Shumpert Jr., on her bathroom floor just 6 days ago.
But you can’t tell by looking at this photo she posted on Instagram.com.
Proud daddy Iman Shumpert assisted with the delivery after calling 911 for help.

Pregnant women everywhere envy Teyana. It usually takes months for the belly to return to normal size.
Teyana’s age has a lot to do with with her body’s quick return to pre-pregnancy condition. But exercising, eating right, and staying fit are major factors.

We’ve never actually seen Kim’s pre-surgery body. She got lipo and implants at 18 and has been at it ever since.
She’s 25, when I had my first child at 21, the snap back was the same. However with my last two after age 30, I still look 5 months pregnant. A lot has to do with age, genes, and physical activity. She was very fit prior to giving birth, and couple this with age it’s not surprising.

I was her age when I had my first two, and the snap back was real! Loved it. I also was only 138 at 9 months both times. But the third baby ugh I can’t say the same. However I gained before I got pregnant and then never gained a pound while pregnant. My doctor was not happy. So basically I was losing weight while pregnant but the pregnancy was healthy and gaining.
