Twice a month sounds about right. He has a thousand kids so that adds up, if he will only show up. If this is the case he needs to request a modification of child support and also file for custody. They are two separate issues and will need to be handled individually. Filing for custody will mean he is allowed visitation even if the mother retains sole physical custody and in the event she does not comply she will be in contempt of court and will suffer the consequences.
