Rap mogul T.I. Harris may be rich but he’s not rich enough to retire just yet.
With mounting bills plus 7 mouths to feed (8 if you count his wife Tiny), the money goes out as fast as it comes in. So T.I. has to keep booking shows just to replenish his bank accounts.
Concert cancelations have started coming in after NY rapper Troy Ave shot up T.I.’s concert at Irving Plaza in NYC on Wednesday, killing one man and injuring 3 — including himself.
Troy was arrested early Thursday and charged with attempted murder and weapon possession.
Now an organization in Florida that booked T.I. to perform at a multiple high school graduation has canceled a concert originally scheduled for next month. The organization is demanding the $55,000 cash deposit they already paid T.I. upfront.
T.I. wasn’t even in the room when the shooting started.
