A Georgia woman who was arrested and jailed for stalking R&B crooner Usher Raymond in 2013 recently violated a court order to stay away from him.
After a temporary restraining order expired in 2013, Usher was back in court in April seeking a permanent restraining order to prevent Darshelle Jones from using social media to solicit donations on behalf of his foundation and charities he supports.
Jones, who believes she is married to Usher, was issued a permanent restraining order to stay away from the singer and his family and to stop contacting him via phone calls, emails and on social media.
The 37-year-old father-of-2 pleaded with the judge to stop Jones from violating the terms of the court order. But Jones did not show up for the April hearing.
The singer told the judge he feared for his own personal safety and the safety of his family.
4 days ago, Jones posted an image on Instagram of Usher’s SUV parked outside a recording and rehearsal complex in Atlanta.
The image violates the permanent restraining order that the judge issued to her in April.
