Drake

A hip hop producer filed a lawsuit against Canadian rapper Drake claiming the Emo rapper ordered his bodyguard to beat him.

Noel Fisher, who goes by the nom de guerre Detail, filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles County, according to gossip tabloid TMZ.com.

The documents portray Drake as a roughneck who set up the hip hop producer for an altercation with Drake’s bodyguard.

Fisher claims Drake hired him in 2014 to work on several projects. Eventually, Drake tried to coerce Fisher into working with him exclusively — meaning Fisher couldn’t produce music for anyone else. Fisher turned down the job.

He said later, in June 2014, Drake invited him over to his Calabasas mansion for what Fisher believed was another chance to work with him on an album.

But instead he was greeted by the rap star’s burly bodyguard Chubbs, who punched him in the face so hard he broke Fisher’s jaw.

In court documents, Fisher alleges that Chubbs yelled, “Do you think Drake is soft? You think Drake’s a punk?”

Fisher didn’t go into details about what led up to the physical altercation.

Fisher is asking the court for relief in unspecified millions of dollars.

Fisher is best known for producing music for Lil Wayne, Wiz Khalifa, and Beyonce‘s hit single “Drunk in Love”.

Drake, who was in Atlanta visiting Gucci Mane on Wednesday, has not responded to Sandrarose.com‘s repeated requests for a comment.

Drake convened at Gucci’s home with producers Mike WiLL Made-It and Zaytoven to work on an upcoming project with Gucci.
